I tried my first reflexology massage with the masseuse Sukhinina by luck. she is amazing, she makes grt massage & creats good atmosphere, the experience showes. The staff working in the Spa are ok but the more you go & interact the more mistakes you see from the management from booking & rescheduale and all that not all are trained to service or take to a customer ... 3rd time Even after i booked mine from weekes with the same massusue & confirmed with them by booking fir that day. That day came it was a different masseuse, case they over booked :$ by mistake but as i was in need & booked it from weeks & there she was sending me to the room and saying she is my massuse i was confused .. i felt bad for her but still asked where is my allointment with my massuse, she said she is booked and have other clients so no way she can attend me... I was very dissapointed i kept asking her please do this more, press stronger, more on the foot area since it is reflexology.. I was more shocked from this ladys behaviour. The supervisor was there at the time she asked about my experience. Even though i I had proof by what's app written our chat with the customer service yet even after that she kept going left & right & trying to say you said she said & who was this person and number we have different for different call and booking & so going on. Even though it was clear as the sun who said what has been said & confirmation she still blame it on me. Instead of a refund or atleast another free session with my favorite masseuse or atleast a discount or an apology at least was mot said Like excuse me you have people working who donot even tell me their name when i ask them i am customer service like robets when they wanna run from answering, excuse me you take my name & number if not even more information .. What a professional manner... Even some customer told me on the way out when other customers asking. I cannot express my dissatisfaction strongly enough with the consistent tardiness in honoring appointments, the unsanitary conditions, and the overall lack of professionalism exhibited by them.
First and foremost, punctuality seems to be a foreign concept to the staff at this spa. On multiple occasions, I have arrived promptly for my scheduled appointments, only to be left waiting for an excruciatingly long time. Today, I have waited for an hour without any explanation or apology for their delay. This level of disregard for my time and disrespect for their customers' schedules is simply unacceptable.
Adding insult to injury, the cleanliness standards at this spa are shockingly low. The moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted by an atmosphere of uncleanliness. The tables were grimy, the towels were discolored and threadbare, and the overall hygiene left much to be desired. It is appalling that a place that claims to promote relaxation and rejuvenation cannot even maintain basic cleanliness standards. The lack of attention to detail in maintaining a sanitary environment is not only unprofessional but also raises concerns about potential health hazards.
Moreover, the quality of the services provided was far from satisfactory. The towels were worn out and stained, making me doubt if they had been properly laundered. The spa tables themselves were in dire need of a deep cleaning. It is disheartening to see that a place that should evoke tranquility and comfort instead elicits feelings of disgust.
The lack of professionalism displayed by the staff only adds to the overall negative experience.
