One of the highlights for me was the detailed representation of early Islamic history, including the life of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the expansion of Islam. The interactive displays and audiovisual presentations bring these stories to life, making it an engaging experience for both adults and children.
The museum also offers a unique insight into the region's natural history, with exhibits on geology, flora, and fauna, which were particularly interesting. Additionally, the sections dedicated to Saudi Arabia's role in the global economy and its modern development were enlightening and offered a balanced view of the Kingdom's journey.
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and eager to assist, making the visit even more enjoyable. The museum is well-maintained, and the facilities, including rest areas and a café, add to the comfort of the visit.

I recently visited the National Museum in the al-Murabba neighborhood, and it was an enriching experience that I won't soon forget 🙏. We easily reached the museum by using the nearby metro station, National Museum, which is just a 10-minute walk away 🚶♀️.
🎨 The museum is a treasure trove of Saudi Arabia's cultural and religious history, with multiple galleries spread across different halls 🏛️. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the "Man and the Universe" gallery, which features fascinating exhibits like fragments of meteorites, interactive displays of the solar system, and the impressive skeleton of a Platybelodon 🦖.
🕊️ On the same floor, we explored the hall dedicated to the history of the Arab Kingdoms, including the Pre-Islamic Era and Islamic era, with insightful information about Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) family, lineage, birth, and Hijrah from Makkah to Madinah 🕊️.
🏔️ The first floor, accessible by escalator, offers more exciting exhibits, including a large model of Makkah and its surroundings, as well as displays related to the establishment of the modern Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 🏛️.
👍 I was impressed by the wealth of knowledge and history on display, and the fact that entry was free of cost made it an even more enjoyable experience 🙌.
🤔 However, there were a few areas that could be improved. I felt that there were insufficient direction signs, especially to access the first floor, and some of the staff seemed uninterested in interacting with visitors 🤔.
🌟 Rating: 4/5 stars 🌟
