Not only reviews but to complain! This happened today( June 3,2024)and will never forget the worst incident happen in your branch(Batha). We bought some groceries and as we always do every time we go there we leave are stuff in the cart inside your establishment mean inside your grocery. I myself get the cart number which it’s only on the side and it’s on the red box and I sure to check the number are same and if someone assisting there why would I get it alone. When we go back to get our items(cart) the stuff can’t find it. They said they will check the cctv and they get all our receipts, we wait long time for the update, when the guy wearing pink polo blouse saying it’s my mistake why I get alone the number and not even give good tunes on his voice. It’s there security should secure their customer’s thing, we left and confident that the groceries that bought from there are secure. He can’t even apologize on the time we waste or the error that happened but he even give me a blaming words that are so unacceptable. I’m asking his name but he refused to tell and threaten me that he can take pictures of me and post it. It’s my right to know his name , I’m a customer! I’m searching online your customer service or human resource but can’t find, only your branch number. It’s a humiliating on my side as customer that your management blaming us on your mistake. P.s other stuffs are nice and trying to apologize specifically on the counter which his the one assist us. But your so called “manager” if his really one the man with pink polo you really have a POOR MANAGEMENT...

This Supermarket is very Nice, surrounded by Very Good People's, I appreciate all the employees Effort.

Yesterday I left my 2 mobile phone at the Car before I drop by in this Supermarket. After I finish Grocery and proceed to the cashier for payment I notice that my phone is not in my pocket and I know already that I lost in the car.all staff are helping me to find my phone inside the store and they call my number,they get my Gmail to trace the location . They spend almost 2hrs helping me but it doesn't work,so I decided to buy new phone and sim. I download the Uber app and try to fix using my Gmail and I find my past rides then I already contact the driver,luckily my phone is back. Until now they are not stop calling my lost mobile to help me. I call them back and I said that the driver bring back my mobile.

yesterday i come back to this store caused i was Satisfied for being always there but yesterday was the worst cause when i selected the item one man come to me and watching me after im going to leave and find other stuff he call me and said sister come back arrage this why he telling me to do i am not the only one customer who come on that place not because u see me on that erea it doesn't mean im the one who make ur stuff un arrage hello and be nice to ur custoner dont shout and shame cause of ur louder vioce that some of customee looking at me u want me to do ur job arrage the items hello i come to buy not to do ur job plss be nice to ur customer and dont direcrly accuse not because im the one who stand on that erea to the management plss hire a person who had a good attititide can approch the customer right and correct not to be shouted and not forcely ask the...
