I had a “relaxing body massage with aromatic oils” 345 SAR

The place & atmosphere are beautiful, that’s why I’m rating it a 1 star. but the massage was far from relaxing and was not worth the money.

The lady who did my massage was in a rush and she was not gentle in her movements. When I was changing pre the massage, she kept asking me if she can come and start the massage maybe 3 times in a span of 5 minutes! I told her I will call you when I’m done but she kept asking every 3 seconds.

I requested light pressure and moderate pressure in specific areas. All she did was rub the oil over and over again with almost no pressure and she was super rushed with her movements it made me feel anxious.

She was very random in her movements, there was no structure in her massage. And when she puts the oil in my body, she dumps it without properly applying it gently and carefully. This was supposed to be a relaxing massage but it was not. I felt very uncomfortable with her. (Her head massage was the only great part)

Also, all professional spas that I have been to had me fill a questioner form pre my massage. It asks you if you have any (physical issues, illnesses, heart problems, etc…) this place did not and I personally think this is mandatory and it shows care and professionalism to the client.

In conclusion, I personally would not repeat...

I’ve enjoyed my experience in vanilla spa .The spa is relaxing and is it’s designed beautifully. they had music and candles which set me in the mood.the experience with staff was good I was served coffee and mamoul for free which was nice.I had a 30 min massage the massage room looked very good and was relaxing but the massage itself was not very good.it didn’t make me feel relaxed and it’s by far the worst massage I’ve ever received.the pedicure on the other hand was very good the lady wasn’t quite capable of getting my nails to look the same but she took her time to make them all perfect and finally made them all look the same.I like that she took her Time and wasn’t rushing.the prices of this spa are quite high ,and I feel like we’re paying more for the looks of the store rather than it’s service,but it was a good...

I and my Daughter had a truly great experience at this spa salon! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the incredibly accommodating staff—Rahaf and Sadiya made me feel right at home. The ambiance is amazing—so calming and relaxing, just what you need to unwind. I had an issue with my nails, but Mary Ann took care of it so professionally and skillfully. She went above and beyond, and I’m beyond happy with the results! This is definitely a spa I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality spa...
