I would not recommend going to this Centrepoint at all! I absolutely despise this place now. I've had to update my review. I visited last Saturday around 11AM and once again they only had 1 or 2 cash open and the line was tremendously longgg! And they did not open another. I had to leave what I was going to buy as I was not interested in waiting more than 30mins with my children in line. And there was a baby crying in line for a long time, but still they did not care to open another cash. When I asked whether they would open another cash, the sales associate was not helpful at all. From my last visit when the line was long, I thought maybe they would have improved their service. But, sadly it looks to be the same poor service at cash. They don't care for their customers' time and for efficiency at this store.

They have a good winter sale on items. Sadly, the cashier/scanned and charged full price on the sale items so it was of no use going during the sale. I paid full price after a long wait in line and that too after the sale tag said the item was on sale and had the original price crossed off! I didn't realize until I saw my receipt when I left the store, and the line was too long for me to go back. Unfortunately, it is clear that the cashiers do not pay attention to the tags they scan and will just scan without checking the sale price tag. Very poor service. You have to keep a close eye on the items they scan at cash or else you will over pay! Pay attention! Also, their line for cash on a Saturday afternoon was very long with only 2 cashiers! I do not recommend going there on a Saturday.

This review is for the center point branch in Riyadh Gallery Mall. I have never come across such a poor customer service infact it might not be wrong to say that such kind of sales person should be immediately fired. Two weeks ago I visited center point shoe section and was trying out different shoes to check my size and comfort. Every customer picks 2 or 3 pairs of shoes to try and selects one. I also chose a shoe ND asked the sales girl to bring me a new pair of that shoe. The sales girl first looked at the shoes that I tried, asked me did u take these out? And without any hesitation ordered me to put them back. I said it's your job to do it. ( I was pretty angry at this point) She said bluntly that " I won't give you the shoes you have asked for unless you put all the tried shoes back". For a moment I was in a shock, then I said I will complain to the manager, she proudly said ok, go ahead as if she didn't care. I made a complaint to the manager, he apologized on her behalf but I don't think she got any penalty.

If I visit this branch of center point and I still see that sales girl in the shoe area, I am never going back there again.

Centerpoint should take action on this kind of attitude and customer service otherwise they will loose their business. Why do you hire people who don't want to work at all. Awful management, Zero stars.. I went to return 3 items, 1 item rejected, they claimed that system not accepting the process. It was very obvious the issue is from their side. I complained to management and they said we need to review the CCTV without fair justification, then I agreed, the staff of CCTV was not in his duty and they asked me to come in his duty time!! how come the customer have to fit the shop's staff timing, very weird!! It must be the other way!! You should have enough staff for all shifts. Anyhow, after pushing on them and naging, they asked me for my mobile and they will call me after the check the CCTV. However, 11 days without a single call from their side and it was only stalling, after visit them again to follow up they aplogized saying customer care supposed to call you. finally instead of giving me the money as I expected that the issue is resolved they said you have to come tomorrow till we send to management that we need to give back the money otherwise you can get voucher of 6 months validity. Really the cost and the effort spended on whole process has already exceeded the value of the item and I hated the day I...
