AlUla Oasis — Attraction in Medina Province

AlUla Old Town Oasis is an absolute hidden gem—lush, serene, and full of soul. Nestled just steps away from the historic Old Town, the oasis feels like a completely different world: date palms swaying overhead, the gentle sound of water running through traditional irrigation channels, and birdsong filling the air.

Walking through the shaded pathways was a refreshing contrast to the surrounding desert. We especially loved how the entire oasis is so well-preserved and thoughtfully maintained, blending nature, heritage, and sustainability beautifully. There are also lovely rest spots and quiet benches where you can simply sit and soak in the calmness.

It’s not just scenic—it’s meaningful. The oasis is part of AlUla’s ancient agricultural heart and still reflects the same traditional farming methods used for centuries.

This is my favourite place in Al Ula. I come all the way from Jeddah just to sit here under the palm trees and relax with the beautiful views. It's so peaceful.
