It’s been a week since I was craving for some ramen. Good thing, we found this new Ramen restaurant located at Riyadh Park Mall. Ramen Restaurant is an authentic Korean and Japanese cuisine, which offers an authentic culinary experience with its diverse selection of Korean and Japanese dishes. As a newbie in this restaurant, I was been thrilled to try their Ramen selections. Ramens and Ramyeon are been my weakness lately so I can’t wait to savor the one they have… Me and my friend ordered Beef Ramen with tender ribs and savory Shoyu broth and the Seafood Ramen with shrimp, fish cake, and fresh vegetables paired with its side dishes that compliments a lot… We also tried their beef gyoza as for our appetizer. It is flavorful and we enjoyed it for it’s mid spiciness. The Kimbap was a 10/10 for me. It gives a distinct flavor that I think I would love to try again. Drinks and desserts are also available in their menu options. As for us, we tried their Japanese cheesecake and mochi and quench our thirst with its blueberry mojito. One thing I also loved with this restaurant is the ambiance. It is giving me a traditional korean and japanese set up where you can sit and dine. The place got a little museum which i referred to for it consist of some traditional korean and Japanese memorabilia. A traditional hanbok was also hang inside the resto where you can have your photo opp. The service was superb and the server are quite attentive to us. Aside from that, they have this little wireless calling system (i’m not sure of its name) which is quite catchy for me. It’s something helpful for the customers by just pressing the button for any assistance. I highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to experience a traditional korean and Japanese cuisine. This restaurant offers a wide variety of selections from its savory ramen and delectable sushi to its flavorful gyoza and hearty curries. They also features a variety of options, including Korean BBQ, poke bowls, and vegetarian choices, catering to all palates. In addition, they also serves kid’s menu and bento meals to satisfy your and your child’s cravings. Each dish is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients to ensure a flavorsome quality food at value prices while having an unforgettable dining experience. I would definitely visit again this family friendly place but not on weekends as they are usually full and they can’t accommodate too much crowd. I think they need to expand their...
Read moreI visited Ramen (Asian Fusion), and honestly, it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. When we walked in, a waiter showed us to the front desk, and then the front desk took us to a table. We sat for a solid 5–6 minutes with no one acknowledging us, even though there were waiters just standing around. We had to keep calling out until someone finally came to take our order—only after a customer pointed it out.
We ordered ramen, gyoza, a sushi roll, and three types of nigiri (salmon, tuna, and octopus). First red flag: the food was brought all at once—no order, no pacing between appetizer and main. The kimchi ramen was good, but that’s where the compliments end.
The salmon nigiri looked low quality and dry, and when I took a bite, it was tough and stringy—not soft or fresh at all. The tuna looked even worse, like it had been frozen and poorly defrosted, so I didn’t even eat it. The octopus was chewy (as expected, but still unimpressive).
I asked for someone to explain the freshness issue. After a while, a man in a suit came over, and when I asked if the fish was fresh, he told me “yes” and that I was just “sensitive.” He kept smirking and condescendingly saying things like “eat it and I’ll cancel it, no problem,” clearly implying I was just trying to get free food. I wasn’t—I simply didn’t want to eat something that seemed poorly handled. It felt incredibly dismissive and borderline rude.
To top it off, they didn’t even have basic drinks like Pepsi or Cola in stock.
Bad service, bad sushi, and even worse attitude from management. I won’t be...
Read moreMe and my husband were very excited to try this restaurant after we watched one filipino influencer post this restaurant. But we were disappointed after waiting for 15minutes to take our orders plus the quality of the food was very poor despite of the overpriced they have in the menu.
Service 1 star- upon entering the host was busy arranging some reports and did not even greeted us. This restaurant is a fine dining but service was too slow. Not enough waiters considering they are selling over priced food. I think just remove the “fine dining” if they don’t know or they cannot provide a fine dining restaurant service. Upon sitting, we waited for 10-15 minutes for them to take our order,. The main course arrived first and lastly the appetizer. In a fine dining restaurant managers should asked the guest about the experience but sadly they have zero serviced. If only I can give zero .
Food- we watched one vlog that they are serving refillable side dishes but when we were there it’s not refillable, maybe only to the influencers. Ramen was bland. Dolsot bibimbap was overpriced and the worst bibimbap I tried.(small serving for its price) Plenty of rice and the beef was very little . It should be with gochujang sauce to compliment the taste but sadly they don’t have. Prices are too much expensive but since it’s a “fine dining” I think it’s fair but their service was not even a...
