Cafe Bateel & Bateel - Riyadh Park — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

I went today for brewed coffee and instead, I received an Americana coffee which is not what I ordered. This did not only occur once, but multiple times before. Even the minor details are not taken proper care of. For example: every time I order coffee, I ask them for a paper cup instead of a glass one. And instead, they bring it in a glass cup which causes it to get cold quickly. When I ask them to re-heat the coffee, they complain by saying that it’s hot enough and that they just heated it. Even though I’m a regular customer, their customer service is not good. I visit their place about 2-3 times a week yet, I haven’t seen any improvements. This is my favourite place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. I never left unsatisfied with food or drink. All Bateel dishes are strong, this time we tried Roast Pumpkin Ravioli and its so delicious. We finished the dish so fast, i think I will not share it next time😅Club sandwich is my usual go to, never disappoints, it has everything you need. I wish I can add thick cut french fries to it. My favourite go to in drinks is Saudi Latte, mix of saudi coffee and espresso. Rose lemonade was a new addition to the menu and it was also good, word rose was a bit misleading but taste good and refreshing - tastes like pink lemonade, no rose in it. I’ve been a regular customer for Bateel since long time ago, always a big fan for their quality service but what I experienced this time and in this particular branch is arrogance and rudeness by the staff under what they call “policy”of the company, although i was asking for something very basic. I came to understand this attitude after my direct interaction of what she calls herself the branch manager who showed poor communication and less attendance to basic customer requests.
