YASMIN — Legend of Riyadh Park BWW
There are staff members... and then there are Yasmins. Specifically The customer service she provided at this visit.
And let me make this crystal clear — Buffalo Wild Wings at Riyadh Park isn’t just running smoothly because of its food or branding omly. It’s running because of staff members like HER. Who not only focus on boasting about the food but instead make sure to be just like a professional yet family member to you. With honest opinions and genuine care.
The entire floor could be packed, music on, matches on every screen — and somehow, Yasmin is everywhere at once. Drinks here. Orders there. Checks on you, smiles, jokes, makes sure your wings are hot & On Time! — all while managing the multiple table chaos like a boss.
Let me tell you something, I’ve been to BWW across countries. I’ve seen rushed service. I’ve seen fake smiles. But HERE? Yasmin is DIFFERENT. She’s built from that rare material called genuine care. She remembers people. She treats you like a regular even if it’s your first time. Honestly me and my colleagues were wonderfully welcomed.
She could have 10 tables calling at once and somehow she’ll still show up with a smile, crack a quick line, and handle every request like she’s been doing this for 20 years. A very very impressive skill thats not in All Waiters & I am honored to have such an experience with her and this branch.
And this isn’t just a review. No no. This is a management wake-up call.
“If you don’t already recognize what Yasmin brings to this restaurant, you’re sleeping on your MVP.”
I’ve seen people literally ask, “Is Yasmin here tonight?” Because when someone knows you soo well that u dont even have to say ur order, Its a blessing
To Buffalo Wild Wings management: Read this twice if you have to. This isn’t just praise. This is your reminder that you have someone rare on your floor. Reward her. Promote her. Put her in charge. Because you don’t just keep talent like this , you build around it. And that is how companies climb the ladder of success. Grasping every oppurtunity to enhance the productivity of talented...
Read moreMy experience indulging in buffalo wings riyadh park was made even better by the fantastic service I received. Let's start with the star of the show: the wings. They were simply outstanding. The chicken was cooked just right – incredibly moist on the inside with a satisfyingly crispy exterior. The sauce was a masterpiece! It had that classic tangy vinegar punch, a rich buttery smoothness, and a perfect level of heat that built nicely without being overpowering. Each wing was generously coated, ensuring a burst of flavor with every bite. It was clear that quality ingredients and attention to detail went into making these wings. But what truly elevated this visit was the exceptional service by Ms.Yasmin. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and genuine smile. Yasmin was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at the right moments and ensuring we had everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and even offered helpful suggestions. When I asked for extra napkins (because, let's be honest, buffalo wings can get messy!), they were brought over promptly with a smile. The staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic and passionate about their work, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Yasmin made us feel valued as customers, and their friendly demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. It's not just about the food; the attentiveness and positive attitude of the...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings recently. Before we even had a chance to sit down, the manager — I believe his name was RMRamBac — was extremely unfriendly. We had brought a small meal for my little brother, who doesn’t eat anything from BWW, and we were told in a very blunt and unwelcoming manner that he would have to eat it outside.
We explained that we were planning to order food ourselves because we were hungry, but the manager continued to point at the QR code and told us to “just order,” without any courtesy or empathy. His tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. It felt like we were being treated as a problem rather than guests.
I understand restaurants have rules, but the way this was handled lacked basic customer service. This “policy” also doesn’t make much sense — it’s not like the world will end over one child bringing in a small meal. Because of how we were treated, we left before even being seated and chose to dine elsewhere where the staff actually cared.
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Won’t be returning to...
