HyperPanda — Attraction in Municipality of Olaya

During my recent visit to Riyadh Gallery Mall, I had the opportunity to explore the Hyper Panda supermarket. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by a vibrant and bustling atmosphere. The supermarket was well-organized and spacious, making it easy for customers to navigate through the aisles.

To the manager of this store gallery hyper panda very poor customer service November 26,2024 around 10pm in the evening i suppose to buy a tent and no one in the selling area I need someone to assist with me because they don’t have stocks in selling area but unfortunately I don’t see any staff assigned in this particular item which is the tent so what I did I go to the customer service and 1 staff over there told me just wait and he will call someone to assist me so i try to wait after more than half an hour the lady come to me ( the black one) then she’s trying to assist with me since there is no stock in the selling area so she went to the the back door or storage room just to take the items then after 15 mins she comeback to me and she said just comeback tomorrow because I can’t give you the item because the items place it in so high in the storage room I can’t get it by myself! so instead of questioning her I just step away from her and I go out from the store this is very bad experience I drive from an naseem going to gallery hyper panda and back to again an naseem for nothing I hope next time don’t let the selling alone no one look after with the customer specially if you have some items that not in the selling area and this 2 Saudi guys in the reception they keep on saying just wait and they don’t do anything setting in there and very busy with mobile this is...

I usually go to Panda to shop for leafy vegetables and for items on special offers. However, they could do with some major improvements as follows: the fresh seafood area always smells strongly to the extent that the smell fills the mall, the conveyor belt of the checkout counters are dirty (spillage of food/liquids always on them), most of the cashiers throw the purchased items down to the person packing the shopping and this results in broken biscuits/eggs/chocolates, cracked bottles, bruised apples, etc. The butchers for some reason always refuse to give me extra lean meat, they refuse to fully strip away all the fat from any piece of meat I choose and their argument is that some fat is always needed to cook the meat ..... umm hello.. I'm the customer and the one cooking. Other than the mentioned comments,...
