Horrible treatment by rude receptionist, she wouldn't help in any way shape or form, then answers back in a very rude manner, and wouldn't assist with re scheduling or finding alternatives, I'm still astonished how she was employed there , this was my first visit and I was insulted and bullied, If salon wants to retain its image , it needs to replace that kind of poor staff , not to mention I had my lashes half done, and receptionist wouldn't let me finish or re schedule, I hope management reads this and tries to rectify for the sake of their image.
I will advice my friends to beware of this salon as they may get bullied by that woman.

As the lash artist was good I decided I would try and make a new appointment ( hoping the salon would prioritize customers well-being and satisfaction this time)
however I spent a whole day trying to get a text back, then at some point I realized my messages were not going through, so I passed by the salon in person that afternoon, and surprise surprise, I found th same gloomy grumpy receptionist, who did not even greet me upon arrival, so I said I came to try and make an appointment, she said " salon is fully booked and we told you that already "
I replied when ? Can I see the WhatsApp conversation? And as she was showing the conversation, I saw what I expected exactly: she DID block me !
So I said immediately: am I blocked? She said : yes , " management " decided to block you , coz " you don't have manners " !!!!!!!!!!! So I said : then can you please call the manager and put them on speaker, I would like to discuss that with them ,
and she went : sorry they're busy !!! As she extended her hand pointing at the door as to say " get out of here " !!!!!!
In practice, this woman is acting as if she's the owner of the business , and blocks and forbids people as she wishes, behaving like a frustrated teen , and what's worse , she even thinks she can teach customer manners ! This is seriously appalling, and once again , it's beyond me how management is not taking action against her;
I would like to add that I work for a well known TV station and I have informed my female colleagues to avoid this salon following these horrible episodes, ad it seems management is happy to lose customers in this manner , preferring to keep a frustrated brat who bullies customers instead .

I had confirmed the appointment by sending a message to your studio via WhatsApp, requesting confirmation, and had not received any indication of cancellation prior to the scheduled time.
The receptionist attempted to contact me at 3:18 PM, but I was unable to answer as I was driving to the salon. I promptly returned the call at 3:20 PM, only to be informed that my appointment had been canceled without my consent. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the extreme heat and the fact that I had arrived at the salon 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
I had made the appointment two weeks in advance and had also confirmed it, but it was canceled without proper communication or confirmation from my end. It is unreasonable to cancel an appointment 20 minutes before the scheduled time, especially when I had already confirmed it.

Read moreThis was my first time at The Studio and I am a bit disappointed with my experience. I came in to have the HD brows done for my wedding. I did review the service but still wanted a walkthrough with Lana. As I arrived I did ask her if she could explain the process but she just blankly looked at me. I mentioned to her that I’ve been growing out my eyebrows for some time and have never had them done professionally. Once she got to the waxing I was fine I felt it would just be to clean up underneath, but then as she started tweezing I could feel that it was too much. Once she finished I was very taken back at how much the shape had changed and how thin they were. I’m really upset as now I’m going to have to fill them in more for my wedding. As for the entry to the studio. It was a very basic greeting. I was offered some water and to hang my abaya but it just felt very much a lack of hospitality. The studio was clean. The staff were nice at the end. I will say I’ve had better salon experiences and felt this was mediocre.
