Regarding our visit to “base & Bonn-DQ “last Friday19.09.2025 .
First I appreciate the two lovely receptionists accepting my daughter without an appointment.
On the other hand I would like to clarify a recent incident that occurred after receptionist directed me & my ten-year-old daughter to sit in the waiting area while we waited for her turn, and then she was removed inside and away from my sight to start working on her.
affirming that I was unable to sit in the designated space with her there I accepted that .
But after that a female employee, who I understand goes by the name "Qali or Gulie 'I don't know, Julie “ maybe, she informed me that I could not stay in the waiting area claiming that there was no section for men, even though they were the ones how put me there in the first place. but I understand that, of course. However, what bothered me was the way she spoke to me in a loud and inappropriate voice, which made me feel disrespected in front of others.
Unfortunately, this was my daughter's first experience with a manicure service. I hoped it would be a lovely experience to remember , but when I paid the bill, my daughter discovered it while i was talking to the receptionist and asking her name of that female employee, This ruined her mood and the experience also Thanks but no thanks . “ Qali or Gulie 'I don't know, Julie “ maybe !
Please be mindful of this and emphasize the need to handle such situations calmly and respectfully.
This is an experience that will not be repeated by our entire family, and if the facility is managed in this way, it is destined to fail.

I had a confirmed appointment with a specific technician, and I was told over the phone that her name was added to the system for my booking. I arrived early and spoke to the receptionist, who assured me everything was fine — not once did she mention that my technician had been reassigned to another client.
I waited 15 minutes in the reception area while multiple clients who arrived after me were taken in. When I followed up, I was repeatedly told to “wait a little” and that “she’s coming.” Eventually, I was sent to a chair and left there alone — no technician, no service, nothing. I waited over 30 minutes with no explanation or apology.
The worst part? A walk-in client who arrived after me asked for the same technician I had specifically requested, and they assigned her to that person — right in front of me.
This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of respect for a loyal client’s time and trust. The receptionist showed no professionalism or accountability, and I was treated like I didn’t matter. If this is how they handle confirmed appointments, I can’t imagine how they treat less vocal clients.

I’ve had multiple services with Erlene, Jessy, and Marcel, and they have always been professional and talented—especially Erlene. My threading experience with Jennet was also one of the best I’ve ever had 🌟
However, my recent experience with Guli for an air-touch dye and haircut was very disappointing. She was unprofessional on several levels, including her attitude, service quality, and lack of understanding. Additionally, she charged more than the agreed-upon price for services that were not part of my original request. The result was brass-orange hair with thick highlights, rather than the thin, blended air-touch highlights I had asked for. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Guli was dismissive and blamed irrelevant factors like my haircut or the nature of my hair, instead of addressing the actual problem. This was particularly frustrating, as she treated me as if it were my first time coloring or cutting my hair 👎🏼👎🏼 Unfortunately, the salon didn’t resolve the issue, citing her status as a freelancer!!
