Its like you go back in time. Do not take any coins/lighters or in my case small perfume bottle as it will be taken from you if you are not serbian and not returned. We were escorted to our seats by police because we came to support a lithuanian basketball team. Oh and they were not our seats either,we paid for vip lounge and got put to a different block. Maybe it makes sense since serbian people throw things at you just because they dont win, we had pop corn and rubbish flying. Clearly, they do not get their personal belongings checked as it was absolutely disgusting to watch them throw stuff including lighters etc at the referees and towards players. Why did not they all get checked the same? Also, there was nowhere to buy soft drinks or water for us, during a break we had to literally sit and wait as not really allowed to go anywhere. Is this 3rd world country? Very bad experience, will go to more civilised countries to have a short break away enjoy a game next time. By the way, the overall atmposhere would be great but it is destroyed with no respect towards each other or even...

Our 1st time at basketball match yesterday in Serbia to support a friend playing for Lyon. Great fans and atmosphere overall, but everything was spoiled with so many people smoking cigarettes, vaping, and even smoking hash everywhere.

Even though rules clearly read No smoking inside, half the people were, including some security staff.

The saddest part is the cloud of smoke over and around the court that professional athletes are forced to breathe in - both Serbs and international guests. Apparently, the French complained, but were told that nothing can be done. Shocking attitude and behaviour.

How is it possible in 2025 that young children and even babies are forced to breathe in so much smoke? Positive change is desperately needed to protect everyone’s health, and ARENA management should start by following basic health and...

Attending a Partizan game at Štark Arena is an unreal experience. With 20,000 fans singing as one, like a giant chorus, the atmosphere is pure chaos in the best way. The passion and unity are unmatched, with choreographies, flares, and banners turning the arena into a fortress. The energy is relentless, but what truly sets Partizan fans apart is their basketball IQ—they know exactly when to lift the team, pressure the opponent, and influence the referees. The intensity is so overwhelming that even opposing experienced players struggle to handle it. If you haven’t watched a Partizan home game live, you haven’t really watched basketball live.

Had my first Rod Stewart experience live here and THAT was awesome. But the arena itself is dirty, broken, and the place is very understaffed. My seats were broken (no seat to sit on), there was popcorn strewn abjout the floor, the bathrooms didn't have any TP or paper towels, and the food/drink stands during the concert were packed and not organized or prepared for a event. The event itself was fine other than the fact that people were smoking EVERYWHERE. Even inside the arena at their seats. The smell of cigarettes was inescapable unless you exit te building entirely.
