Walter Novi Beograd — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

Very unkind, unprofessional behavior of the staff. We came for lunch and one waiter kindly seated us at a table, but another waiter came and lifted us up under the pretext that we could not sit at the table because there were only two of us. The problem was that almost all the tables around us were for 4 people and there were mostly 2 people sitting.. We called the manager to clarify the situation, he sat us at the same table and after such an unpleasant experience we waited almost two hours for our order. Because of such disrespect, we canceled the business lunch at their restaurant...

Drugar je kupio cevape i posle smo se predomilili i hteli da jedemo kod njih, na stolovima napolju. Bilo je vruce i jedini smo bili. Posle minut prilazi nam momak i veoma neljubazno govori da ne smemo ovde da jededemo, narucili smo za poneti i zatrazi da odemo. Neka zena, verovatno menadzer je to sve gledala sa par metara rastojanja. Treba da vam oduzmu ime Valter, ne zasluzujete da ga nosite. Zaobici u sirokom luku!

My friend bought some cevapi, and then we changed our minds and decided to eat at their place, outside at the tables. It was hot, and we were the only ones there. After a minute, a guy came up to us and very rudely told us that we weren't allowed to eat there, since we ordered takeout, and he asked us to leave. Some woman, probably the manager, was watching everything from a few meters away. They should take away the name Valter; you don't deserve to carry it. Avoid this place...
