Very nice beach…worth the hype. We cycled there which was a struggle as the path is up and down. The water is clear, and sea looks turquoise blue. There is fruit bar on beach giving cooling pineapple juice for 100 which is a must have. We also walked to Petit beach which close by and a bit more secluded. All in all it...

Best time is between 6.30 and 8am after that the waves get higher and even though the ocean is calm, the waves tell a different story because of the reef. An amazing beach and shade is available at the east end of the beach. Some do surf here in the afternoons but be aware of the...

Beautiful beach and less crowded than those on the west of the island. The waves are much stronger and tidal rise higher as well, so be very careful swimming. Not too much shade in the beach grub the sun so being lots of water and sunscreen. Really nice bike ride to...

Absolutely the best beach we have seen so far! Not much place with shadow, but the colour of the water, unbelievable sand, huge waves and boulders on each end makes it without doubt the best beach on the islands, if not the World!
