Alex park — Attraction in Spišská Nová Ves

I recently took my children to Alex Indoor Playground in Spišská Nová Ves, and it turned out to be an all-around fantastic experience for the whole family. Zábavné centrum ako stvorené pre deti. Majú sa ozaj kde vyblázniť, tu nevidím žiadny problém. My sme však boli sklamaný z obsluhy :/ ... Cestovali sme vyše 70 km s troma malými deťmi. Po návšteve Zoo nám vyhladlo, tak sme si povedali, že spojíme príjemné s užitočným práve v Alex parku. Po zaplatení vstupu, manžel objednal všetkým jedlo, avšak zabudol na 1 porciu. Po objednaní prišiel k nášmu stolu, povedal mi to a hneď išiel doobjednať. (Trvalo to do 1 minúty) Tam mu pani čašníčka oznámila, že majú uzavretú spoločnosť a jedlo už nieje možné doobjednať! Žiadne upozornenie, že budú mať akciu z ich strany pri vstupe nebolo, taktiež ani ospravedlnenie. Bola som veľmi sklamaná zo správania čašníčok (pýtala som si niekoho zodpovedného- nieje tu, majiteľa-je vraj na dovolenke) a po pravde aj nahnevaná no išlo o moju porciu tak som to nejak prekusla. Keby sa už dcérka nehrala na päte sa otočíme a ideme inde. Náladu nám zdvihol aspoň milý robot 😇 kvôli tomuto "malému" prístupu 3* z 5*.

Keďže neviem ako pridať odpoveď, tak to skúsim tu, možno si prečítate. :) Na svoju obhajobu: Manžel zaplatil za jedlo, prišiel ku stolu hneď prvému pri okne a následne sa vrátil doobjednať. Čo už nebolo možné. Keďže som uspávala mladšiu dcéru, tak áno ja som sa znovu išla opýtať asi za 10 min či to ozaj nieje možné a nebola mi ponúknutá náhrada. Keď som sa znovu, druhý krát , pýtala či nieje možné ani hranolky alebo niečo rýchle povedali mi, že len polievku. A áno odmietla som to, keďže sme polievku mali...

The place is nice wit a lot of attractions but too huge and you can not see your child while in the cafe. Thus, there are a lot of adults in the play area watching their kids. Too many for my taste. For me it is not safe, or at least this is my impression. Adults start to play with the kids for example in the springboard and my daughter sprang her ankle due to massive mass difference while crossing to another spring board. This should not...
