Reštaurácia Zbrojnoš — Restaurant in Spišská Nová Ves

Now- only giving it 3 stars for the behavior of the chef- otherwise it would have been 5. We have placed an order and about a minute later my husband changed his mind so I promptly stood up and went after the serving staff- to announce the change- it should have been no problem with the change as both dishes were picked from the ready to eat quick menu- however- as I was waiting outside the kitchen door for the waiter to confirm the change of order with the chef- I couldn't- noone could- overhear the rude complaining about me and the change of my order- she was shouting with anger despite the kitching door flaying open and close each second- she probably didn't realize just everybody eating- could hear her swearing and shouting.I felt bad for the kind waiter when he came out and saw me standing right outside the door- with a grinn as I knew exactly what I would have done- being the owner of that great restaurant. OMG- I really wonder- does the owner know how many people have possibly left because of the chef- as the kitchen entrance is your first door in the hallway before you enter the main part of...

We waited far too long for the food we ordered. The pasta carbonara and the beef burger were pretty good, however, the steak and rosemary potatoes were a huge disappointment. After an hour of waiting, the steak was clearly previously frozen - despite ordering medium, it was charred on the outside and basically raw on the inside. The rosemary potatoes were a joke - there was no rosemary at all. When we pointed this out to the staff, they made some excuses and said that a steak “takes longer” as it “needs resting”. Understandable, but even after resting for an hour, it wasn’t grilled properly: the end result being that despite the steak was rested, we were not. 60€ for a frozen steak with visibly raw meat is an insult, I can’t recommend this to anyone. I have to say, the waiter made attempts to make the situation better, and we appreciate the compliments of the house in form of cognac for the adults...

S mojím včerajším zážitkom sa "rada" podelím s verejnosťou. ( Verím že ostatný zákazníci toto NEZAŽIJÚ). V čase aký má reštaurácia zbrojnoš zverejnený na stránke som si objednala denne menu na Donášku... Všetko prebehlo v poriadku. Objednala som si Penne s kuracím mäsom, brokolicou a SMOTANOVOU omáčkou... Obed dorazil na dohodnutý čas... Lenže prekvapenie prišlo az po otvorení obedového balenia... Absolútne nezodpovedalo objednanemu jedlu a ani kvalitou ani výzorom nespĺňalo cenu 5,20€! Viď foto: " SMOTANOVÁ omáčka je kde"? Ako pohoršenýc zákazník kontaktujem reštauráciu zbrojnos. Dvihne mi mužský hlas. Klasické oslovenie Dobrý deň nehnevajte sa niesom spokojná s obedom ktorý ste mi doniesli. Cestoviny sú úplne suché omáčka nikde. Žiadam o vrátenie obeda a vrátenie peňazí. Muž mi odpovie že on nevie co stým... Nevie ako mi pomôcť... Reku ze cestovinu za 0,20€ si aj doma navarim. Uznal .. : máte pravdu... Ze ak sa vráti kolega z donášky bude ma kontaktovať... V poriadku volajte mi. 15:00.. Hovor číslo 2: Volám znova že čo sa deje... Dvihla žena... S HLASNÝM hlasom mi odpovedala oni nemajú dôvod ma odškodniť obed bol v poriadku nemajú dôvod preňho ísť... Reku či si robí srandu. Ved ten obed vôbec nezodpovedá obedu ktorý som si chcela objednať. Že to su ZAPEČENÉ CESTOVINY tam omáčka nemá byť... Tak prečo píšete na menu ze penne s kuracím mäsom,brokolicou a SMOTANOVOU omáčkou. Ze ona stym nic neurobi. Po nejakej dobe telefonátu dobre prídem pre to ĎAKUJEM... 18:00 hovor číslo 3: Zdvihol pán donáškar. Nehnevajte sa volám už 3 krát čo stým obedom. Znova nemáme vás dôvod odškodniť. Tak prečo ste mi to nepovedali uz o 12:00 ale celý deň sa tu dohadujeme a ťaháte ma za nos... Obed bol v úplnom poriadku menu zostavuje vedúceho syn že to snim bude konfrontovať... Ale že je to moja chýba ze som si hned po donáške neskontrolovala obedar.. ĽUDIA NEHNEVAJTE sa s takýmto správaním som sa este nestretla.. PRÍSTUP KOMUNIKÁCIA ZO ZÁKAZNÍKMI 0 BODOV... tak reku či tam mam prísť osobne o 20:00 keďže som dovtedy v práci... Kľudne príďte doneste ten obed dám vám 5€ aby ste neboli uz odčiernena. Reku v poriadku o 20:00 prídem.... ČLOVEK NA VLASTNÉ NÁKLADY IDE TAM OSOBNÉ Na prekvapenie REŠTAURÁCIA zbrojnoš ZATVORENÁ... a teraz mi chcete povedať že toto vaše správanie ZAMESTNANCOV (personalu) vám príde v poriadku? Cely deň človeka ťaháte za nos a na konci dňa to zaklincujete... Pozdravujem personál - žiadna ľudskosť, láskavosť, ochota OTRASNÝ PRISTUP !!! Ďakujem vám veľmi pekné za SKÚSENOSŤ nikdy viac !! Dúfam že týmto otvorím ľuďom očí a porozmyšľaju nad tým odkiaľ obed objednať... V prilohe prikladam aj foto. Sami posúďte či spĺňa hodnutu ceny 5,20€. Prajem vám príjemný pekný deň. A veľa ďalších SPOKOJNÝCH...
