I place the R20 on the table and he still refuses I could see my child mouth was dry he calls his manager which takes her a few minutes to get to us and she was so arrogant as if screw you and your child, I explained to her what's going on and tell her there is the money you can cash it up tomorrow there is no harm done and it's not as if we stealing the water cause you'll do have cameras. You can just imagine as a parent how I feel I couldn't have given my child water when she needed it and they say water is essential for life all because they are unorganized and that is a place for kids it is really bad i won't wish for any parent to go through that.
I would like a response from you'll how this incident could have been avoided and what measures will be in place for it not happening again. You'll are dealing with small kids and play with...

My kid was jumping in the kids area and I paid as well so that I can jump along with him and keep him company. And I was told that adults can't jump there . However two days ago when I went there and it was quiet in the morning. There was no issues with me jumping there. So the rules change when it suits them .
Also the person who was watching the kids came to me to ask me to tell my child not to jump on his trampoline after another kid came onto his trampoline.
I mean like really? ..
So I told him my child speaks English . You CAN talk to him .
It seems like these people don't know how to manage kids with grace and kindness.
I was told to go to another area to jump with my kid .... there were adults there throwing a ball vigorously and harshly not considering that there are 3 or 4 year olds there.. this was the area I was forcibly moved to IF I wish to jump with my child.
So that means I must jump with him in an UNSAFE AREA ..where adults can possibly hurt him.
Why not separate adults playing around and kids with their mums ???
Certainly mums playing with kids won't be throwing balls harshly and putting their kids at risk of injury .
The staff were ridiculous
I felt like it was a terrible experience.
WHAT A...
