Panarottis Cornubia — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Had a very horrible experience with panarottis in cornubia When we walked in we were seated by a lady who then gave us a chance to settle in afterwards she came to take our order we exchanged a few jokes and laughs yes it started off good As time passed we then received our drinks from the kids combo from a different lady then shortly after we received the kids meals from another gentlemen then a while passed and the initial lady that sat us down brought our meal Then we waited again for plates then we ordered beverages which was then mixed up and sorted out by the gentleman Then he also brought in another meal for or child as requested This is where is all goes down hill we tried for about 10 minutes to flag the initial waitress down thinking she's the person who seated us down and took our order but no she point blank ignored us then after some time I got impatient and went up to the manager and complained she then helped me pack up our stuff Bill came through and I see there's an additional charge ( lime and passion fruit drink which I never requested the gentleman who brought took it and back and brought me a dragon fruit drink which I already had on on the table and says he won't ring this up because kitchen already made it so it's on the house when i asked him to take it back ) so when I queried with the second lady as to what is the charge for when I sent the drink back she's says they discounted it and charged me for the dragoon fruit drink instead so I said if I had 1 waiter to my table all this confusion will be cleared up because now I'm explaining myself to 3 people who work for the same company how come Then she went away and the first lady returned her attitude changed as she said she will have to cover cost off the drink because I ordered it and took the bill away to change it I'm just in shock as why the table that had about 15 people seated was given so much attention and we were just dissed and basically left in the dark no one checked up on us or even came over to see if we needed assistance or anything I'm beyond disappointed...

Today, I had a fantastic dining experience at Panarottis Cornubia. The restaurant had a family-friendly ambiance, characterized by pleasant lighting and comfortable seating arrangements.

Although it was busy this Saturday and quite noisy, I was delighted to witness four birthdays being celebrated, which further emphasized the restaurant's family-friendly nature. The overall cleanliness and tidiness of the establishment were commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating, delivering exceptional customer service. Our waitress, Tando, stood out with her patience and attentiveness throughout the meal. She ensured that everything was in order, displaying remarkable attention to detail.

The menu offered a wide selection of delectable choices. After careful consideration, I opted for the Canivore Sub. The Sub was baked to perfection, and the combination of meat and cheese was truly delightful. To conclude my meal, I treated myself to a delicious Caffe latte.

There is a kids play area that's completely visible to everyone in the restaurant, so you have peace of mind that your kids are safe and happy, without the hassle of constantly checking up on them.

In summary, Panarottis Cornubia is an outstanding restaurant for gathering with family and friends. The atmosphere is delightful, the food is scrumptious, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience, and will definitely be returning with more family and friends here...

The pizza arrived DROWNING in OIL, when queried, the manager had difficulty understanding.She asked us if that's not how we wanted it... 😂 please tell me who requests oily pizza, because thats a 1st for me. She then proceeded to poke the food around with a spoon from the condiments ... she then told us the sundried tomatoes are to blame... the entire base was soggy and the board it was served on flooded with oil. The chips were STALE and DRY as if day old and a tiny portion, only 1 size available. Odd, seeing as though other branches have a regular side plate of chips. Who wants R10 sauce cup size chips? Ordered a passion fruit fanta , was brought orange Fanta. When queried, they say they don't sell it alone, only with their special. So why not advise when I ordered and why take it upon yourself to choose a flavour for me ? Even the cutlery was messed in oil . The chilli in the trio of condiments had chunks of chilli and poorly chopped, not even usable. Over all its a NO from me... Pity the standard of Panarottis isn't consistent and upheld acrross all...
