Sun City — Attraction in Moses Kotane Local Municipality

Would give 0 if I could. If you want to go here for just a day - don't. You have to buy tickets online or at engen as sun city is not capable of selling their own tickets, which ends up being R400 for the valley and sun city, and you can't split it if you didn't want to go to the valley. When we finally had our tickets after being rudely directed to engen, we were told to go to the day visitors gates, which are gates 1-5. When we got to gate 5, which was the closest one, the lady told us that she can't help us and that we must go to another gate. If she can't help the day visitors at the day visitors gate why is she just sitting there?? Then we found out from a security guard that only gate 2 can help us. Now we're FINALLY in Sun City, but the wait is not over! We had to wait for 1 HOUR for a bus to take us to Sun City, with no one at the assistance desks. After that, we needed the bathroom, only to find the door to the toilets with the front cover ripped open so all can see you do your business, the 10 soap dispensers being useless as only 1 works and having to use our clothes to dry our hands as the blow machine simply does not work. The majority of staff was incredibly rude or unhelpful, as we wanted to go to the hotel casino, but the staff that directed us told us to go to the gary player golf club. Then when inside we were told that they only want cash, then when we got cash another person helped us only to tell us he only wants cards. All in all, we will never come back to Sun City, even if it's for more...

There's so much to do to keep the whole family entertained.

It's convenient to get from 1 place to the next with their bus

Lots of variety when it comes to food and even leisure

U will never be bored whether U spending the day at the valley of waves or lazing around 1 of the pools or hiking in the secret spots.

Evening time U can catch a movie or just chill in the games room or bowl or just laze around people watching

Anything U want to do in safe and beautiful surroundings.

U know U are in a good spot when the security guard at the vacation club makes it a point to wish U "happy" whatever day he sees U So upbeat and good natured and he is a truly happy person so much so that it's infectious

Do not plan to go here as a day visitor when your booked nearby. No one warns you that you must buy a online day pass to enter sun city, even just for shopping. There is no way to visit sun city without a day pass😡not even an option to buy one at the gate!

If you missed to buy a online day pass by Friday at 10pm, there is no assistance to get one at the gate on your arrival

Make sure you plan your visit to Pilanesberg without expecting to visit Sun...
