You forget that you're in the middle of an urban area with bustling traffic around you as streams of water and thriving nature monopolize the soundscape. Set alongside a section of the lisbeeck river. Lovely natural park. Lovingly cared for by volunteers from the neighborhood. Play equipment made of wood and recycled material. Upper section behind caltex garage standard play equipment. As its along a river with steep embankments please make sure you don't go alone or in the dark / quiet times as dodgy characters sometimes sleep...

This is a beautiful and well cared for park! The local community really looks after it and cleans up the river and the grass banks regularly. It is also busy undergoing a move to more indigenous plants, especially trees.

It seems like the place is fairly safe and I see it is lit up at night too. Well done to the council and community on keeping this place...
