I'm sure I've rated this under some other name before. It's a nice place to go and hang out. There is grass for picnics, but the areas can get crowded. There is a playground for kids. There is the arboretum for walking and exploring. There is the occasional event. And of course the bike circle and bike rentals. I know why it was done, but the posted speed limit of 10 kph is just too slow. They are bikes, after all.

Nice place to visit for the immediate facilities or nearby places. It can definitely get crowded on the weekend and nice days, though.
