Daejeon Expo Civic Plaza — Attraction in Daejeon

I'm sure I've rated this under some other name before. It's a nice place to go and hang out. There is grass for picnics, but the areas can get crowded. There is a playground for kids. There is the arboretum for walking and exploring. There is the occasional event. And of course the bike circle and bike rentals. I know why it was done, but the posted speed limit of 10 kph is just too slow. They are bikes, after all.
