1913 Songjeong Station Market — Attraction in Gwangju

식빵 진짜 맛있어요. The homemade bread here is amazing. There are also choco pies in the choco pie shop!! They have many flavours including blueberry, strawberry or original. There are smoked fish sellers that sell a fish called gulbi 굴비 this is a salty tasting fish, think of mackerel but with a taste 10 times as satisfying.

There are also many traditional Korean snacks in this street I recommend going there, it's one of the last remaining areas in gwangju to experience...

Not much really going on here. It says it's a market but it didn't really feel like one, nothing was really happening. The brew pub was great though. It was a little difficult to find, but once we did, it was awesome! Go as it's getting dark and the street comes alive with a trendy yet old-school, retro feel. It's a great place to dress in old-fashioned school uniforms or take some black and white photos. Lots of yummy places to stop and eat street food as well....
