Beautiful park with different walking trails, street workout spots, and plenty of signs so you wouldn’t get lost. The park is very well maintained. We took a Jeju city tour bus and it was a 10 min walk from the bus stop to the park. There are few coffee shops along the way and Angel-in-Us coffee house is right after the car park. It felt chilly walking inside the park on a hot day. Big trees are massive. Unfortunately we could not cover all of the territory as we had to catch the bus to the our next stop in the city.

It is certainly a beautiful park, very tranquil, great for a hike and stroll in nature. Clear, fresh air and quiet. However, except for the hike up to see Hallasan, the rest of the park leaves little to impress once the flowering season is over. There are many varieties of flora, you even get fauna by way of sweet deer grazing in the park, but most of what you'll see will be green unless it is springtime. It is on the very outskirts of the city, so the effort to come out should be in consideration of what you plan on seeing.

Located near the town, so it’s easy to access. This place is many local people's favorite jogging place. At the top, you can see Jeju-City and the Sea. Also can see Halla-Mountain when sunny & clear day! And you’re lucky enough, you may encounter some wildlife animals such as pheasant, rabbit, black goat and siberian roe deer(no-ru).

Forests, sea, flowers, birds, plums, rocks, wishes and your inner peace. You can find everything I mentioned above at Halla Arboretum. If you hv weakened body and still wants to enjoy the Jeju nature w easy level, remember Halla Arboretum is there for you 😉🌿 (but yes, you need taxi or other transportation to get there)

Came to Jeju without specific plan, so I went to this arboretum as suggestion from my guesthouse's roommate. It was an uphill walk 🤣 It would be better if you take taxi/drive car to reach the parking lot. I came a little late because Jeju was already raining all day so the Cherry blossom was already done.

Lovely little sanctuary from the concrete jungle, in the middle of the city (well... a bit towards the outside but still). A bit brief though, trendy cafes on a landing next to the parking lot. Great for a few moments talk with a friend, a first date, or a short (eg 30~60 minutes) solo meditation.
