Will not recommend this scooter shop to anyone. We made a reservation online and confirmation via email. The bike shop was kind enough to not collect a deposit from us as we do not have a Korean bank account and they do not have other alternative - they confirmed that it’s okay and we can pay when we collect the bike at their shop. On the day my wife and I arrived at JunBike (their main branch) they told us that the bike is not available. We have provide multiple email confirmation and asked them to WhatsApp us if anything urgent but they did not do so. This is not acceptable as we hold on to our promise to collect the bike from this shop although we did not place a deposit. This not only create an inconvenience to us foreigner but their shop (JunBike) was not apologetic and did not make an effort to provide an alternative bike. If you do not want to be stranded at a foreigner country without a transportation - do not...

Great service! I rented a scooter from this place when I was visiting Jeju Island because I wanted travel around the coast and the buses were too slow. With scooter I could visit so many more places at my own pace and it was fun to drive on small coast roads! I rented the scooter only for one day without a reservation. The process for smooth and fast. As a foreigner you only need an international driving licence. I was able the pick which scooter and helmet I want. I also got a map of the island and a raincoat, a neck warmer, and sleeves for my arms (sun protection). We rented two scooters for 10 days to drive around Jeju. This place was great. It felt very honest and could the owner could speak English very well (thanks!). He helped us strap our packs on the scooters and gave good directions to get out of the city (use Naver maps to get around Jeju!). I would rent from here again without hesitation. Seeing Jeju by scooter is definitely fun, especially if you stick to the coastal road, then it is pure joy.
