등록문화재 제363호인 서울 구 양천수리조합배수펌프장을 리모델링하여 마곡문회관이 되었습니다. 서울식물원 구경을 갔다가 바로 옆에 있어 들어가 보고 미술전시도 보고 펌프장이 문화관으로 변천된 역사도 볼수 있어 좋았습니다. 지금은 2021.4.20~2021.10.24까지 서울식물원 식물문화센터 2층 프로젝트홀과 마곡문화관 두군데에서 정정엽: 조용한 소란 展이 있습니다. 식물문화센터의 전시도 좋았지만, 마곡문화관의 전시가 정말 좋았습니다.

2019년 5월전까지는 임시개장이라 무료입장으로 들어갔는데 지중해관, 온실은 아직 미완공이라 열대관만 볼수있었어요. 규모가 굉장히 크고 잘해놨어요. 열대관은 실내기온이 18도정도로 따뜻하고 습해요. 식물이 굉~~장히 많고 안에 열기구도 동동 떠다녀요. 5월 정식개장하면 애기들 데리고 와도 좋을거같고 데이트하기에도 좋을거같아요! 안에 카페겸 레스토랑도 있고 시설 깔끔해요
