Read moreYesterday my parents and I travelled from Busan station to Seoul station by train. That was all ok. When we arrives at Seoul station however I could not find my T-money card. We decided to buy a one way ticket to Gongdeok from where we have go to our hotel at the Lotte hotel Mapo. I’m a wheelchair user so we had to find an elevator to get from platform to platform. We could not find the line that goes to Gongdeok, we ask the staff there for the right line but nobody knew the way. I had to buy a second one way ticket because we went the wrong way multiple times and we had to check in and out more than once. The third time a lady at the information desk opened the portal for us to go through. After that we found a gentlemen who also works there and asked again for the line to Gongdeok. He sent us to line 4 the metrostation. However, we could not find Gongdeok station on the map. We walked/rolled around for more than 3 hours asking staff worker we could find before giving up and taking an uber to the hotel.
It was the worse experience I have had on a...
