A beautiful, charming museum dedicated to korean abstract artist Kim Whanki. You may need to take a taxi there as it s located on a quiet hill, past the Blue House. But the journey is worth it, as the exhibitions are of top quality. I learnt so much about the artist s life and creative process. For international visitors, qr codes are available with caption info in english. Do note that photography of the exhibitions are not allowed, except for designated zones.

Absolutely top-notch setting and curation for a private museum dedicated to a single artist. The spatial design of the galleries delightfully evoke the aesthetic essence of the artists’ major works. The only quibble to the place would be about its inordinately high entrance fees. Hope it could be 20-30% lower than how it currently is.

A small museum dedicated to the Korean artist who spent most of his working career in Paris during the 50s, 60s and 70s. Easy to access by bus; however, for those with mobility issues (the museum is inaccessible with no lifts and steep hills to climb).

I really really enjoyed his art work and got great inspiration from his exhibition. I'd definitely go again, if you love art as much as I do then it's definitely worth it. And I recommend for anyone who visit to take time to really absolve his art work. I personally really loved his simpler lined sketch work rather than the big colourful paintings but this is strictly up to individuals taste:) and next to some of his art work there is his quotes.... And it's so delightfully...
