Galeón Outlet — Attraction in Adeje

Outlet nice but some of the shops are closed. (covid19 effect most likely). I have bought a couple of shoes and a jumper at Sprinters. Very poor customer service. Should it happen in Italy that male assistant on duty at 19:00hrs 25th Nov, should have been fired. At least on my business airport related. Unacceptable I could not try a jumper, over the probadores; I have asked to try a pair of shoes and queried for calzadores: answer was negative, with no explanation. At first I wanted to walk off straight away but wanted to buy those shoes and did not say anything. This overweight boy did not take any care of directing me to the cashier.. Had to ask.. At the cashier when paying, I have asked to leave the box of the shoes, I did not need; the answer was ridicolous, saying that they would not accept change or replacement without the box. I wish they go broke soon, and this boy should earn his money other way not on a Frontline business....

This rating is for the Halloween party they put on. With all the space they had, they set aside a tiny little area for about 10 kids to do the workshop/crafts and the rest had to wait in a massive line for their turn...not much fun. There was no real music or party games, a fancy dress competition that you had to go in search of one of the organisers to find out about it...no animation from them whatsoever. Some of the shops has sweets and some didn't and the ones that did had enough for 1 sweet per kid. All in all a very disappointing experience for our 7 year olds. The cafes were in complete chaos, no forward thinking or planning re staff and seating for the influx of extra customers. They really need not have bothered and i might have taken the kids somewhere a bit more fun for them if i hadn't been duped by their...

Prices are the same in shops, they just can have some good offers, but not outlet prices. Not so many shop varieties. Friendly staff in the shops. Good children's play area and the staff take care of the child till you finish shopping, children can't get out by themselves, always accompanied by staff. Prices for the play area are reasonable. Big free parking area with many available parking places. Supermarket Super Dino is also...
