Awanamountains — Attraction in Alicante

We came to Awana Mountains with little knowledge about climbing and with many fears 😱 From the first session the fears started ro dissolve and every outing turned out to be a magical experience ⛰✨

Carlos picked up the most fabulous locations, set the routes according to our different levels, explained every step in the most detailed and logical way, and carefully guided us through this journey with constant supervision.

Edgardo took amazing footage of the process 📸 and his calm reassuring voice made my husband finally relax a bit and trust the belayer. Same with me! I stoped trembling and started enjoying the process.

Our 11 year old now is able to independently open a 4-5 route. Our 6 year old has sent a 35m climb (before he couldn’t go higher than 10-15m).

And on top of all the achievements, it feels like going out with good friends, - time filled with laughter and lightness 🥰🤩

It's all about adventures! We've done a few climbs together and I couldn't be more happier, it's been an absolute blast!! Carlos is the most professional and responsible mountain guide & climbing coach I've ever met. He explains everything with patience making you feel at ease. In 4 days with him I've learned more than in 7 months with others. In his hands you feel safe even when you rappel down a mountain for the first time in your life 😬 He is a fantastic person and he's got a great gift for turning every adventure into an unforgettable experience 🧗‍♀️

It's been a fantastic experience 🚀 We came to Spain without climbing in mind but then decided to give it a try. We found Awana and it was a great decision. Carlos is an experienced guide and trainer with a safety-first mindset, who is very kind and simply cool guy! He took us to a truly beautiful place. This trip was probably the best part of our whole stay. What else can I say? - Can’t wait for future adventures...
