Bought tickets from excursion shop in costa adeje all was good until we arrived, all the staff where very friendly and nice genuine people except for one the lady sitting at the reception desk after handing her our tickets proceeded to outdoor sit down area after a minute or two noticed my eldest child who was still inside looking around being spoke to by this women she then came out to our table and spoke extremely rudely to another child in our group the problem being the agent charged the two kids as child tickets when they should of been adult because of there age (12,13) she tried to accuse us of lying about there age,if she had called one of the adult members of the group inside alone there would of been no problem paying the measly €22 (€11 per child) extra she just had a horrible attitude and completely ruined the day for our group with her behavior needless to say won’t be returning again this was our second visits our first a few years back was a lovely day she cost the place more revenue as we had planned on the whole group sitting down and buying ice creams but refused to buy here would not give this woman another cent we waited instead till we got back to the hotel the issue between them and the agents selling tickets on there behave should not be taken out on there customers this is there issue to solve not the customers,it’s a pity as I said the rest of the staff are very polite...

Great Family Experience in the Middle of Nowhere.

While Google Maps navigation may lead you astray, the Camel Park is an absolute gem worth discovering. Nestled amidst the countryside, this hidden gem offers an unforgettable family experience. Our 5-year-old daughter was utterly captivated, from the moment we stepped into the park. The lively atmosphere was instantly infectious, with chirping parrot, playful guinea pigs, and friendly dogs greeting us warmly.

The animal farm, set amidst a serene landscape, transported us to a rustic countryside retreat. The park's staff were incredibly accommodating and took the time to explain how to interact with the camels and other animals. Their genuine passion for animal care was evident, instilling a sense of respect and responsibility in our daughter.

The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the camel ride. Riding atop these majestic creatures was an exhilarating experience, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. To top it off, finishing with refreshing Fanta and sangria drinks was the perfect way to cap off our memorable day at the Camel Park.

We wholeheartedly recommend this charming establishment to anyone seeking a unique and enriching family experience. Embrace the rustic charm, connect with animals, and create unforgettable memories at...

Fantastic experience for both kids and adults!

We visited the Camel Park in Tenerife as two adults and a toddler (18 months old), and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The price was very reasonable, and we chose the VIP package – which we highly recommend. It included a camel ride, refreshments such as sangria, Fanta, nuts, and chips, as well as the chance to feed fruit to the various farm animals.

My partner is usually very particular when it comes to excursions and the drinks he’s served, but he was genuinely impressed – especially with the sangria, which he kept praising. The atmosphere at the park was relaxed and welcoming, and we felt at ease right away.

We spent almost two hours there, but the time went by far too quickly. We’ve been on a couple of different excursions before this one, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Our child was happy and content the whole time – he could run around, feed the animals, and explore freely in a safe and friendly environment. Of course, a bit of caution is needed around the larger animals, but that applies to adults as well.

All in all, a wonderful experience that we warmly recommend to both families and couples looking for a fun and memorable activity...

When arriving, the layout is very confusing and you’re left wondering if you’re going on the right direction or if you’ll end up in someone’s house! Once you arrive at the entrance of Camel Park, it does not feel very organised, more like you’re visiting a pop up shop rather than a business, you are made to feel welcomed however and the staff are quite amiable. The Animals looked cared for, I liked the way you “boarded” the camels from a platform instead of making them kneel down and lift you up, this seemed easier on the Camels. Other reviews show concern for the cages around the muzzle of the Camel, after looking at them, they do not cut into the Camel at all and are needed as they can get quite close to you, I was nudged a few times! 😂 although this risk could be lowered if the Camels were spaced further apart. As for the other Animals at the Park there was one lovable Donkey (not the white one, as this one bites 😂) although we did not venture too far as it was raining and sought shelter. The outside area (there the other animals are and where you “boarded” the Camels) and further surrounding areas did not look welcoming, more like a building site or fly-tip area, this took away from the experience.

Camel Park is an amazing place that offers a unique experience for both adults and children. It’s like a mini zoo combined with a farm, where you can meet camels, donkeys, sheep, horses, pigs, and various birds. The variety of animals and the opportunity to see them up close make the experience truly special. The staff deserves great praise – they are friendly, professional, and passionate about their work, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment for visitors. The camel ride is definitely one of the main highlights, but the seating could be slightly improved. If a small child needs to sit on a parent’s lap, sudden movements by the camel or descending from a hill can cause the child to get hurt against the metal frame. This is a minor issue, though, and didn’t spoil our overall positive experience. One observation – unfortunately, there is very little advertising about Camel Park in Tenerife. Our family only discovered this wonderful place after our fourth visit to the island. We highly recommend that anyone vacationing in Tenerife includes this park in their itinerary. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy nature, spend time with animals, and create wonderful memories.
