So this is an amazing experience but please be aware that it is NOT for beginners. The views are fantastic but my wife and I have just got back from here and if we hadn't met some incredible people along the way, we would have had no hope. We are all young and fit people but there are sections when you have to swim for long periods of time so if you're not a confident swimmer then please don't attempt this without a guide. There was supposed to be a rope to help you descend a waterfall but that no longer exists. Again if there wasn't multiple of us, we wouldn't have been able to do this. To end on a good note, this truly was a brilliant experience and I'm so glad that we did it because it feels like an incredible accomplishment. A once in a lifetime thing. To swim through stunning caves was just breathtaking.....

All you need is your swimming shorts/ bikini and some old trainers that you don't mind getting wet (flip flops aren't good for this). You start off at a deep pool which you can dive into and then you follow the canyon down back to the car park. It involves some swimming (deep water), a lot of wading and scrambling over rocks.
