Platja de Vilafortuny — Attraction in Cambrils

The platja de vilafortuny is a good beach to visit for those who maybe enjoy a bit of shade in the hotter summer months as it has a palm tree & a natural green grass & scrubland section which is left as is to maintain the beaches eco system , protecting the sand flora & forna & the insect population of course . The shaded area of the beach also has a small park play area for younger children & is not too far away from the crystal blue water of the sea , which is circa thirty yards away or so , depending on the time & tides of the sea . The beach sands are fine , light & golden , & when one is bathing in the sea the sunlight illuminates flickering glints of the golden sands from the seabed a natural occurrence that adds a bit of sparkle to the bathing experience , something I have never seen before in my travels elsewhere . The beach shaded area is an ideal place to picnic , but as before mentioned the insect population like a bite also ! So I recommend a bit of repellent if you are prone to inset bites . This is a good beach , with a more natural setting & not overly commercial & may well suit those who enjoy a more peaceful & tranquil beach experience , a must place visit whilst here in the resort of Cambrils . Playa estupenda de arena finísima y muy tranquila. Ideal para descansar. Esta reseña la hice hace un año. He estado el puente del Pilar, y el jueves 11 de octubre hacia las 17 h. fuimos asaltadas por unos adolescentes cacos, que se acercaron paseando y cuando estuvieron a nuestra altura, uno cogio mi bolsa de playa (que tenía pegada a la hamaca) Y echo a correr. el otro que iba a por el móvil de mi hermana, intentó hacer lo mismo pero no pudo y también se largo corriendo. Yo no llevaba dinero ni nada que tuviera tanto valor para ellos. Para mí si que lo tenía: gafas graduadas, un libro y el teléfono de hace dos años y además de 200 €, que ellos seguramente tirarían a la basura. A mi me ha dejado mucha inseguridad, y muy mal sabor de boca que me roben en mi propia cara y no poder evitarlo porque corrían más que yo y no había nadie para ayudarme. Los mossos de esquadra se portaron muy bien y enseguida acudieron. Ahora bien si esto se repite y no agarran pronto a esos delincuentes juveniles, la playa se convertirá en insegura y yo alerto a todos los que vayan TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO CON SUS COSAS, NO PORTEN TELÉFONOS NI NADA DE NINGÚN VALOR Y AMARREN LA BOLSA A LA SILLA, QUE CON SILLA...

Kilometerlange gepflegter Sandstrand und Platz für alle. Das Meer ist sauber die Wellen meist nur schwach..... herrlich👌😎Hier geht es aber schnell tiefer ins Wasser rein. Kinder sollten immer im Auge behalten werden. Negativ empfinde ich ein bisschen die lästigen Thais oder Vietnamesen, die einen permanent mit ihren Massage Massage Geschrei in den Ohren liegen. Schade auch dass die Begrenzung- Bojen nicht weiter draußen festgemacht sind. Hier geht es manchmal zu wie am mittleren Ring in München, wenn die Besitzer ihrer Jachten zum protzen hin und her fahren und festmachen, oder die Jetski dauernd in Horden hin und her heizen. Die Lokale hier am Strand haben mit der guten Spanischen Küche nichts mehr gemeinsam. Minderwertig und viel zu teuer. Wir zahlen für gutes Essen gerne mal etwas mehr, aber nicht für so einen Fraß. Und wenn man auch noch hochspanisch spricht, schauen einen die Katalanen nicht einmal mehr mit...
