My wife and I came here at 10:30am on a Friday in July. We were one of the first to arrive at this time. We bought our tickets from the window. It was 15$ Euro pp. they said wait 20 mins and the guided tour will begin. We waited roughly 30 while a whole heap of people arrived. There was stone seating and a little cafe to grab something while you wait. Lots of families were part of our group. The guide had to speak 4 languages, as it was a very diverse group, which was impressive. It was hard to concentrate with that many languages though. The tour has you walk a well lit, easy to maneuver path. There is a little small performance at one of the areas, they called “hell”. Not many people followed the “do not touch anything” rule unfortunately. There is a spot you can touch that allows for a note/tune when you bang on something. Overall, a pretty good experience. It lasted 45-50 minutes. Just wish they had smaller groups and different groups per language. But, worth a...

The cave is huge with impressive formations, sadly, big parts are closed to the public. The guide explained everything in 3 different languages, which was also quite impressive. (I would double-check the information, though.) I really liked the musical light show in the "Hell". The guide didn't rush us, but we weren't allowed to explore the cave independently and felt a little pressured to leave with the rest of the group, even though we would have liked to take a closer look. We bought tickets in advance but you can enter anytime with an upcoming tour (about every 30 mins), and tickets are also available there so I don't think it is not necessary to book in advance. Our group wasn't too large either and you could ask questions.

My ranking based on how impressive the experience is: Hams' Caves Coves d'Artà Drach...

It's absolutely incredible! I have never seen such an incredible and beautiful cave, I didn't even know they existed. It's €16 for tourist adult and €8 for a tourist child and cheaper if you're a resident to majorca. Definitely worth the money! The tour guide was unbelievable, he could switch from language to language and provided great and fun details of the cave. Spoke: Spanish, French, German and English , and was so happy and helpful. There is a lot of walking up and down the cave (steps only) but it's worth it. The temperature is always 17c, and make sure you wear trainers! (I learned the hard way in my crocs). Perfect day out to see nature at its finest. They also do refreshments, coffee, icecream and food! Would recommend you go see it! Would go again if I came back! (There was also a music show) and the view is phenomenal

Very impressive caves with huge stalagmites and stalactites. Tour guide gave basic info in three languages, which was helpful but I’m sure there’s a lot more that could be said about the geology and history of the place. The visiting area has lots of steps and places where taller people need to duck, and there are some steep drops in places with large gaps in the railings, so young children need to be kept close by! There are quite a lot of steps to get out of the exit, then a lot of steps back down to the car park, but I suspect those with mobility issues might be able to go back out of the entrance instead (not sure on this). There is a lot of soot remnants from Victorian candlelit tours, and some damage to the features, but overall it is extremely impressive and I would highly recommend the visit.
