Well, at first we wanted to give an honest 2 star review, without any intent to offend. I won't go into too much detail, but the food was simply bland. Also, there was no creativity at all, sadly. The risotto’s texture wasn’t right, and the pasta with beef literally meant plain pasta with some beef on top. It was simply a disappointment.

What made us give 1 star in the end was the issue during payment and the attitude of the elderly lady who was the waitress. Before bringing the check, I saw her writing something on it, it said “tips NOT included” not is capital letters :) I have never seen anyone do that before. It was highly unprofessional and rude. If someone wants to know and leave a tip, they will do so. She even made sure I saw what she wrote, pushing the check towards me twice!

I planned to pay by card (without any tip for obvious reasons) however, after waiting quite a while, the card terminal didn’t accept my card. I asked her to please try again since it should have been fine. At this point, she was already a bit impatient - which I belive also came from the fact that I didn't want to tip- but tried again, and again the transaction was canceled. Then, visibly annoyed, she said it must be my card. I asked if it could be a connection issue, since my card definitely has credit and I’ve been using it everywhere without problems. Her response was: “All people can pay here, see, see, all who sit here.” It was the 10 of us in the whole restaurant btw.

I asked for the cancellation slips because I didn’t have a good feeling about the situation, and she dug them out of their little bin. (She should have given me those copies without being asked, by the way.)

My husband ran back to our hotel to get his wallet, and, surprise, his card was also not accepted. Twice. The waitress started getting nervous, I guess, because at that point she must have realized she wasn’t right, but also that we might not be able to pay at all.

Anyway, luckily we just had enough cash on us to pay, but I wish we had waited for her to figure it out. No apology came from her side, not even a simple “sorry for the inconvenience” or any acknowledgment that she might have been wrong.

Very, very disappointing on all aspects. Also after seeing their reactions to the reviews they don't like...also extremely unprofessional. I wish they have some self reflection. Anyway, other restaurants in the neighborhood are all fine! We...

Hier bist du wahrscheinlich gelandet, weil du planst, in diesem Restaurant zu frühstücken und in den Zimmern darüber zu übernachten. Vorsicht! Wenn du deinen Traumurlaub nicht ruinieren willst, meide diesen Ort! Das Frühstück für 15 Euro ist eine Katastrophe. In der Stadt haben wir ein frisches und leckeres Frühstück für 8 Euro bekommen und waren satt. Was die Unterkunft angeht, die Simone auf AirBnb anbietet – lauf so schnell du kannst! Schimmel im Badezimmer, Schmutz, viele Mücken, kein WLAN, keine Klimaanlage und ein lauter Ventilator. Der Kontakt mit den Gästen ist sehr unfreundlich! Meide diesen Ort unbedingt. Ich habe viele Fotos, die zeigen, wie es dort wirklich aussieht. Simone nutzt Bildbearbeitung auf der Website, um die Erwartungen hochzuschrauben. Aber das Gebäude und die Zimmer haben ihre besten Zeiten längst hinter sich. Es ist ekelhaft, wie man für so etwas Geld verlangen kann. Der Herr, der uns eingecheckt hat und das Frühstück ausgibt, ist sehr nett und sympathisch. Ein normaler Typ, mit dem man gut reden kann, und den man respektieren sollte! We had a very very pleasant dinner in this restaurant. We drove from Cala Millor to this restaurant. The woman was super friendly and before our starter we got a small bite on the house. After that we had some pimiento de padron, as main course we had a bream and pasta with shrimps. The taste was super good! We also shared chocolate lava-cake, which was also tasty! Definitely recommended to visit...
