This restaurant cost me my health.

I got SEVERE FOOD POISONING in this restaurant from the dinner food they have served.

I had the symptoms in the morning and asked them to call a doctor, the doctor has referred me to a clinic which were not able to establish vascular access and damaged my arms from four different areas and were not able to cure me. Doctor said he will come and follow up, but he escaped. The doctor that hotel DIRECTED has been simply HOOKED it.

Afterwards, we found a hospital by ourselves and I've spent the whole day at that hospital for hours to have treatment. We came back in the evening with the treatment bill, proofs, made a claim to the hotel. At the reception, we've also seen that there were BUNCH of people who were complaining about the food quality.

They said that their management will decide on what to do. They did not show any existence of GUEST RELATIONS such as apologizing / asking for my health / being sorry for the situation. I'm not even mentioning that they did not approach to cover any costs because of their VIOLENCE OF FOOD SECURITY, they did NOT CARE on what happened.

Unfortunately and normally, we could not eat here anymore even though we had HALF BOARD reservation which means our dinners were already paid.

We simply ate bread and cheese FROM SUPERMARKET AS A DINNER for two nights knowing that at least those products had FOOD REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE assured.

I meant to live to hotel the moment that this has happened yet because I was SEVERELY SICK, I was not able to move.

I could not trust anyone here from that moment on since what we had to experience which CAUSED BY HOTEL was simply IGNORED and they even accused us for LYING.

This hotel broken the rules of main basic rules: food security, compliance, non existent guest relations and incorrect healthcare direction. And in addition to those as a result, trust and reliability.

Avoid this place...

If you ever consider using the services of this restaurant — I strongly recommend avoiding it. We were shocked by the inhuman attitude of the staff.

We arrived at night with a small child and checked into a nearby hotel. In the morning, it turned out that the only restaurant open for breakfast in this small town was this one. Naturally, we went there and said that we were very hungry and wanted to have breakfast. The response we got was: “Yes, you can sit down and eat, but please, without your child.”

At first, I thought it was a joke. But no — they really told us that our child had to stay outside the restaurant. Just to be clear, my child is 3.5 years old! We explained that all we needed was some scrambled eggs and a piece of bread, and we were willing to pay any amount of money for it. But still, we were refused.

Honestly, I have no idea if it’s even legal to refuse entry to a child for breakfast. But the fact remains: the attitude of the staff was...

If you love the standard food you get at most restaurants( Meat, saus and Fries) this one is not for you. If you want to be surprised and try new flavors and combinations you are at the right place( and in for a treat) For a foodie like me this is heaven when it comes to what the chief makes. The duck with black rice was AMAZING. Then a Fondant maron...........who comes up with this? and it is so great. You have outstanding views over the ocean as well makes it special. For the service they are good but a bit rough in the edges compared to the wizard in the kitchen. I have spotted Michelin chefs before they become famous and this is such a chef. Hats of and I am rescheduling my vacation to come back...
