Playa Fuengirola — Attraction in Fuengirola

Great beach. Clean and well maintained by the council. Excellent "paseo marítimo" with bars, restaurants, shops and beach bars. The beaches stretch both east and west from the delightful port of Fuengirola. There are lifeguards positioned along the entire beach. Parking in the high season can be an issue at the weekends but eventually a parking space will appear. There are a couple of underground parking spaces available as well where there is usually space. I'm not sure what part of fuengirola beach this applies to as it's nearly 7km long! But the quality of the beach, the sand, the lifeguards, the facilities are all excellent. You can usually find a parking spot too, ( unless it's a summer weekend) well served by chiringuitos, many who offer a sunbed service with drinks bought to you.
