Lovely town , but sadly never got chance to experience it police constantly hassle you . So short sighted by the council, was glad to leave . The cutest quaint little town surrounded by walls to create this world within another world. Walking the city walls and seeing the history of Hondarribia, where you can see France and boats along the water. Stop into any one of the taverns for a bite or a drink and everyone is friendly. This is a beautiful, clean beach. On Halloween 2023 the weather here is gorgeous, and the beach is nearly empty. This beach is very different from its French neighbor in Hendaye.
