Massage Beach Ibiza — Attraction in Ibiza

Mixed feelings about the services. I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews. I had two treatments at this center. On the first day, they had given me availability for a one-hour session, but when I arrived 15 minutes later, they told me that the slot had been booked online in the meantime, so instead of one hour, I only had 30 minutes available. It was still a lovely experience — Francesca, the massage therapist, is excellent and very attentive. The next day, I came back asking for another treatment. At first, they told me to wait 15 minutes, and I paid for a one-hour session. Then they told me the therapist was off-site for another appointment, and I ended up waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. During the massage, the therapist (I don’t remember her name) started sending messages — presumably to friends — although when I asked for an explanation, she said they were for clients. When I asked her a second time to stop using her phone, I got upset and said I would ask for a refund. Only then did she put the phone down. The treatment ended 10 minutes early. It wasn’t a relaxing experience, and it's a shame that such a beautiful place, with skilled professionals working there, is put in a bad light by unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Very disappointing service today… My massage therapist was sick and could not breathe out of her nose. She was coughing and struggling to massage me. She massaged me in only a couple places despite me paying for a full body massage. The worst part was the last ten minutes I had a small towel placed over my head and eyes and “massaged my head”. She continued to squeeze my head and periodically look at her phone to see when the hour was up. The worst service I have...

It's true have to wear swim caps in the pool but not in spa. Good steam room and sauna. The heated seats weren't working. I had the deep tissue massage and it was outstanding! Really good. I booked us online and the signal dropped but they were able to schedule us our preferred time. They also refunded my original payment quickly! Easy to get too also!...
