BiG SOFASS MARBELLA — Attraction in Marbella

DONT BUY HERE, ONCE BOUGHT, THEY´LL IGNORE YOU What I´m going to say, happened in the Malaga Nostrum Store I ordered my sofa on may 16th and paid the first part of the amount. I was told I´d receive the sofa in my house, at 800 km because i had to move there, in 4 to 6 weeks and once received in the store it would take 48h to deliver it. First of all, the sofa came and no one called me, i had to call, so that i couldnt take it with me to my new place. Secondly, on june 30th i paid the rest of the money. Today, july 18th i still have NO SOFA ON MY LIVING ROOM. I was told there was an "incidence" with the delivery, that incidence was not solved till 2 weeks later (Tuesday 11th) , when they decided to send the sofa through another company. They told me it would take 4 to 6 days more from then. I still have no sofa and yesterday i was tol that it would be "along this week". I´ve called so many time to the store, where the guy that we talked first has been UNABLE to refer me to a chief or something like that because i had to do it by phone, so that if you can not be present, this bigsoffa store will ignore you the same they did to me. There is a lot of good stores y Málaga and Marbella, so please, dont buy here. if i had known that, i would...

We highly recommend Big Sofass in Marbella. The store has a great selection of both leather and fabric sofas and chairs offered at a variety of prices. Their furniture is mainly from Italy and Spain and there are many designs, colour options and sizes to choose from!

Ana, whom runs the store in Marbella is lovely. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and flexible to deal with.

The store is very well laid out with ample parking right outside the door! Big Sofass also has a great delivery service - we have an apartment in Puerto Banus where they delivery three times a week!

In July 1919 I purchased a complete new bed, and a large sofa for our home I was attended by Ana, a familiar face, and the process was professional, efficient very pleasant. Delivery was "super fast" despite the high season and now, nearly 3 years later I can say I am still more than satisfied. Ana is still attending with the same smile, and assisted me answering all my questions about removing the covers and how to clean them. Important heads-up! Quite a painless process... after cleaning all the covers fit perfectly and the sofa looks like new. Finally a big thank you to Marina and Carmen in the Post Sales department for arranging some maintenance tasks and for replacing a couple of bearings which had seen some wear. All in all Great Service, Great and lasting product... When I eventually have to buy again... I know exactly where to go! ...
