Terrible experience – avoid this place

We visited Playa nini Aqua Park with the intention of going on the inflatables. We paid for access, and only after paying were we informed there were jellyfish in the sea — with people visibly coming out of the water after being stung. Naturally, we couldn’t go in.

We asked for a refund since we hadn’t used any of their equipment, but they refused. As a result, we began warning other customers about the jellyfish ourselves, since the staff weren’t informing anyone.

Shockingly, the staff started laughing and giggling at us. They didn’t realise I understood Spanish, and I overheard one of them say they would slap my boyfriend to get us to leave.

We ended up having to call the police. The staff lied, claiming they had told us about the jellyfish before we paid — which was completely false. Unfortunately, the police did nothing and simply left.

Rude Staff, Unsafe Conditions – Go Down the Beach Instead

This place is a complete rip-off. They didn’t mention anything about jellyfish in the water until after we paid, which felt intentionally misleading. When we asked for our money back, the staff became aggressive and downright threatening—one even said he’d “slap us.” Completely unacceptable behavior from anyone, let alone someone running a business.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, they mocked us, laughed, and told us we weren’t getting a refund. Then they had the nerve to call the police on us—and of course, nothing was resolved. The service was rude, careless, and entirely disrespectful from the moment there was a problem.

Save yourself the headache and walk a bit further down the beach—there’s another spot with friendly staff, better conditions, and actual honesty. Don’t give these...

We had such an amazing day at the beach aquapark! My son and his cousins had an absolute blast on the inflatable water park—it’s perfect for kids to burn off energy while having tons of fun. Everything was really well-organized and safe, with life jackets provided and staff keeping an eye on the kids.

The location itself is fantastic for families. There’s not just the aquapark but also comfortable sunbeds, a great restaurant with delicious food, and even a kids' park on the sand. It’s the ideal spot to relax while the little ones are entertained. Perfect for a hot summer day!
