If you’ve ever lived in Spain, you know the endless waiting, the lack of urgency, the “mañana, mañana” attitude when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, this store is a perfect example of that frustration.

I bought earrings here as a gift, and within a week the backing broke. Simple fix, right? Wrong.

When I returned to the store, the employee ignored me for several minutes while glued to their phone outside.

Instead of offering a quick replacement for a tiny broken part, I was told the earrings had to be sent out for repair — and I’d have to wait a month.

They were still selling the exact same earrings in-store, yet refused to exchange mine.

I asked to speak to the owner, who flat-out refused to talk to me. No phone call, no contact information, nothing.

The employee promised the owner would reach out if I left my number. It’s now been over two months and I’ve heard absolutely nothing.

This kind of dismissive, slow, and unhelpful service is exactly what drives people crazy here. They take your money, but when there’s a problem, suddenly it’s not their issue.

Pésimo servicio postventa. Se me rompió cristal de un reloj de su marca y tras llevarlo para arreglar me dicen que "el cristal está descatalogado" y no pueden arreglarlo. Pregunto si es posible cambiar la pieza central de la esfera y tras consultar me indican que tampoco es posible. La solución que me indican es que básicamente puedo tirar el reloj.
