Staff were very nice and attentive... But if your going to a Brazilian meat restaurant you are a meat lover... And if your a meat lover.. the most important part is how it is cooked. Everything was fine. Service was great.. but... But the meat... DRY as a bone. I have been to so many Brazilian restaurants it's clear how you prepare this style of rotisserie cooking.. im not going into detail how they should cook their food in my opinion.. but reminded me of school dinners.. it was more towards leather than meat .. 2nd element that was not very satisfying was the selection.. normally you can expect 10+ cuts of meat no less.. we were told at 7 mea6s there were going to repeat and if we were okay with that..!!! The place had only 3 tables occupied and would not allow me to sit anywhere other than where he insisted next to the entrance, though he would not allow me to sit in the area where other people were already sitting. Then he insisted I should have a menu that include dessert and drinks when I just wanted the standard menu. Only when I pointed out the publicity for the standard menu did he agree. Me di cuenta de que mi reserva no había sido tenida en cuenta y por eso me colocaron donde había espacio en el medio de la sala. Si la primera vez había recibido una mínima atención por parte de uno de los gerentes (argentino con gafas vestido de negro), esta vez fue un joven con camisa blanca y delantal quien nos atendió de manera lastimera. Este chico estaría mejor trabajando en un garaje automobil sin contacto con los clientes. Ninguna atención, ninguna explicación en particular sobre la diferencia entre las dos fórmulas que todavía no he entendido. Hemos elegido 3 de las fórmulas más caras, por tanto a nuestro antojo, y todavía estamos esperando la propuesta de las mejores piezas de carne. A nuestro lado había una pareja de turistas ingleses que disfrutaron de una atención especial, en particular con trozos de carne que les sirvieron en un plato solo para ellos (costillas). Solicitamos acompañamientos adicionales que nos trajeron al final de la comida. Estoy extremadamente decepcionado y no repetiré mi experiencia en esta franquicia.
