If I knew how bad my experience would be at this place I would've never came here or have gone elsewhere. Firstly the food took more than 30 minutes to even arrive, which I get it since the place was busy, however they gave us the wrong order twice. We ordered a satey salad but got an siam chicken but by the time we realised we already ate half. Nevertheless, the Siam chicken ordered came wrong (ordered fries and it came with rice instead) which we asked the staff and he just grabbed it and had to wait another 5 minutes which it didnt even come with cucumbers and the sauces, asked the staff again and they didnt even apologise and just said "okay" nothing else. That isnt the worst part about that experience, the food is just simply the same as a fast food, siam chicken tasted exactly like Mcdonald which for the price you would expect something way better, the satay sauce wasn't even a sauce it was just peanuts with some liquid, for the dutch people: albert heijn sate sauce is way better than whatever that "peanut sauce" was. The salad was just bland, felt like...
Read moreI was there yesterday around 14.30-14.00 and it was close to a disaster because it left us with bad stomachs and one of us got a bad heart burn. I have eaten here before (a few years back) and had lunch with the same chain in Fuengirola 5 days ago and there it was excellent.
Now the food yesterday (we were 3 persons sharing exactly the same experience but with different meals and one of us couldn’t eat more than half and I regret I had it all due to being hungry).
Now, it seems like they use a quiet bad and highly saturated vegetable oil (that’s when my stomach goes “rotten”.) The other two had the same experience afterwards and one was left feeling like having to throw up until late in the evening. As for heart burn (my case) I’m not sure but I suspect they have mixed the sauces with shrimp paste (fermented shrimps and more that can provide a special but good taste but also heart burn), if not, they’ve used something else to give this effect (same as in fuengirola even if the taste there was...
Read moreWe have visited various part-time jobs in different areas and we have found this one the worst. Know I'm late the food is pretty good especially for a chain restaurant.
After waiting at least 15 minutes just to order drinks then being repeatedly ignored from the winter which is usual at this particular place and had to ask twice for things that were missing from the bill one of which was the peanut sauce and when it came it was literally a thimbles amount for €1.50. when we asked the waiter is the same size peanut sauce of the advertisment and pointed to the picture which looked nothing like it he just said rudly "it's peanut sauce" (my husband was speaking to him in perfect Spanish so there's no lost in translation excuse) Also there were only a few tables occupied so that's no excuse either. We will not be going back to this one...
