La Pappardella — Restaurant in Marbella

One meal brought out, 20 minutes before other family members, one meal wasnt ordered so my husband didnt eat. When other meals arrived steak cold and over done, other pastas cold. We complained to manager as it was a terrible meal. He removed the meal that never arrived and shouted he wouldnt discount further, he said "you may be able to complain in England but not in Spain". The bill reduced by 15% but was the worst meal we have ever had and we had to pay 100euros for it. The manger kicked chairs and had to be restrained by his member of staff. Very bad! If you go and meal is terrible...dont complain you will...

Im in stock how much the prices increaded. 1 Glass of wine €6,40 and an ordenary pizza Margarita €20! This is just a pizzeria in a shopping centre but charge 5* reataurant prices. I know from previous visits that the food is nice, but wont go there anymore for a pizza. There are many nice pizzerias who serve a good glass of wine for €2,50 an a margarita less than €10. We all need to make our money from turism, but dont forget that there are many people living here all year round who once in a while like italian food. Disappointing and it got even worse over time. The only thing that is decent is some of their pizzas. The tuna/shrimp pizza is good but some of their pizzas are super greasy. DO NOT order any of their plates. Their pastas are bad and their chicken milanesa is disgusting. They bread a whole chicken breast with no season and just put it on your table with frozen fries.

Their prices do not match their quality. Very overpriced. Also, owner should stop having an employee right at the escalator with a menu harassing everybody that is walking...
