This is a review for Casino Mediterraneo Benidorm which has the same owner and shares the same management.
This really has to be the worst casino in the world. After a couple hours into poker games where players are drinking, laughing and having a great time, a manager tells the players not to make so much noise. Later he tells them not to speak English at the table in case we are talking about cards. Then he tells the players they are not allowed to talk AT ALL while cards are on the table. The dealer will enforce this by slamming his hand on the table and making a loud “SSSSHHHH” sound. They humiliate their customers and treat them like children. I saw this happen on two separate occasions. They obviously do not like tourists and they pretend they don’t speak English. One customer was cut off from alcohol after 3 drinks. All of these people were tourists who either work for a large corporation or they own their own businesses. The waitress makes ugly faces when you don’t tip her enough. A manager hit me on my shoulder and asked “is there a problem” while the big security guard who looks like Bluto and other managers stared me down. I told the manager of the Benidorm casino, Gaspar, about how we were treated and he couldn’t believe it. He promised to take care of the situation and helped me file a written complaint but his cowardly boss, Antonio, who manages all 3 Acrismatic casinos had me barred from coming back. The maximum rake is 15 euro and they only pour 3/4 of a beer into a glass when you order a bottle of beer. I think they serve the rest to other customers. There’s only one cash game open every other night and putting your name on the waiting list (a piece of paper) is a joke. I witnessed dealers making a dozen mistakes with money from over-raking to making a 50 euro mistake when splitting a pot. To enter you have to sign a form allowing Groupo Acrismatic to use the personal information copied from your passport. And you need to tell them where you are staying and show them your key. It’s creepy. I don’t think that the president of Groupo Acrismatic, Jesus Alamo, knows how badly his customers are treated when Gaspar isn’t around. Maybe somebody...
Read moreA big no no on this one. As soon as I stepped inside the Casino I immediately had one of my worst experience. Me and my friend was using the ATM machine when a very rude drunk man came and stood behind us without giving us any space. He called us words such as bih* and whs and tried to move us by pulling his card and putting it inside the machine.
When we told the staff about this they were so ignorant, they didn't care or even tried to act like they cared. They mumbled something in spanish even though they had talked english with us before.
This is not a suiting staff for a casino, or a way to treat people. This wasn't only female discrimination but also human discrimination....

We’ve spent a lot of money here over a short space of time but got no recognition & because they’ve got the very old way of doing things ie either collect coins 🙄 or wait for girl who on 2 occasions was to busy chatting to bring money...waited 15 mins for pat out!! Do they not realise if it was just vouchers you cashed in they’d make more money 😅 I don’t want special treatment but courtesy & efficiency goes...
