I’m not one to post reviews but having just experienced this I feel I need to. As others have said, if you could zero star a place, this would be it. Simply put, avoid at all costs. Quite possibly one of the worst eating experiences I’ve ever had. No pizzas at all on offer until about 45 minutes into us being there, all the salad area pretty much gone, the ‘warm’ buffet section for pastas was non-existent with a few pieces of hard pasta left in the trays - only fit for throwing away - didn’t get replenished during our entire ‘meal’. To be honest, perhaps 1 did out of around 12 pasta trays. Meats and fish consisted of overcooked and old chicken wings, and cold (rubbery) breaded chicken breast fillets (maybe?). Fish didn’t come until 30 mins into us being there - watery and tasteless. Lots and lots of empty trays with either nothing planned to be in them or needed to be replenished….. of which it seemed unless it was licked clean that wasn’t going to happen. Plates clean on the top but underneath disgusting. Toilets - probably more hygienic than the plates. Loads of spilt uncleaned food all over the floors and under tables. Overall, disgusting. The smell in general was not nice and everything felt sticky. Cutlery had food remains on some of the items we picked out. They either need to sack the dishwasher or get a new dishwasher! When mentioned to staff members regarding the lack of food and service to supply the food, having said this wasn’t acceptable…… the member of staff merely said…. Go write a review on the website. So, Google review it was. Top attitude👌 Free drinks granted and paper cups so luckily you know they’re clean. The best thing about the meal was walking back out of the entrance door. Just wish we’d done it before paying. Used to be a good place to eat and we’ve been many times since the opening of Zenia Boulevard but over the years it has become a place to avoid. We took a chance today that it may have improved, giving it another chance - but sadly it’s just...
Read moreIt's cheap but awful. Not very clean, and the toilets were dreadful, especially the ladies. Toilets need a refurb. Staff are pretty miserable, too. We paid €13 pp, which isn't bad considering it's unlimited and includes drinks. Other 'eat all you can' there are about €16 and don't include a drink. So it is good value on paper. However, the food wasn't good at all. The salad is OK to be fair, but the rest of the mains are horrible. There's good variety but the food is kept dangerous low temperature. Food has been out far too long and is cold. I warmed a pasta dish up in the microwave that is intended for baby bottles. The pizza was cold and hard and had to be scrapped up. Drinks and dessert are OK. Choice of soft drinks, at least one larger and some wine/sangria. Some small cakes and an ice-cream dispenser. My wife left hungry. The toilets had put her off initially and only had some salad and a drink. The only person I know to leave an 'eat all you can't still hungry. Luckily, The Good Burger saved the day. I did eat a few things, because I'm braver but also I wasn't afraid to used the microwave. We will never go back. If you want salad, drink and ice-cream - it's not too bad. And for €13 that's not bad. Hence the two stars. I'd give the restaurant, toilets, staff and main food one star. I should imagine this restaurant manages to keep going by new visitors, ie new tourist and/or new visitors to the shopping centre. I doubt they have...
Read moreIf you have a family with children that are a bit fussy what they eat and dont eat much.. then this is the perfect place for you. We went with friends who had their grandchildren over, the kids loved it because they had chicken nuggets, fresh hot pizzas, salads, pasta and different sauces not to speak of all the other dishes they had on. The pork in mushroom sauce was lovely, so good in fact that our friends went up and had it 3 times. You pay one price of about €11 for adults and about €8.50 for kids. You can have as much as you want including drinks... Soft drink, beer or wine. The desserts are great served with cream or ice cream. The kids have an added bonus of a play area with slides and soft play area. Its not fancy dining by any means and the food is not piping hot if its not a more popular choice but you can see the popular dishes sre replenished often such as the pizza and the mums are ok with the salads. Its more for the kids really but a good place to go if your stuggling for ideas of where to eat out with children. We then walked a few yards to the play zone where you can load up a card with whatever amount you want and let the kids do their thing while you sit down with a drink. Note... Children have to wear socks to go in the ball play area. The adults took it in turns to accompany the kids on some of the rides . Plenty of stuff to do including go carts, and then there's the shopping too if you have any...
