I must say after buying a pre-owned playstation 4 from 6 days before being an old man that is not good at doing Internet and tech staff i had problems which was my fault i went back to the shop twice and the staff were very helpful and told me to come back the next day to see the manager and she had the patience to try and connect my to the set the set up which normal young people could do, she was on her own but persisted to carry on and set the system for me, so if anyone is going to complain about their service well then they don't how the people in the shop they are the shop people i have seen for years, so don't complain, give them praises they human, they go beyond to help and for that i am grateful. So many to those people and manager in GAME shop in La Zenia Bolarvard you are a credit to the company. With respect...

Very bad and rude staff ! I got a problem with my PS4 DualShock (second hand), 6 months have passed and they didn't solved anything. The guy pushed me to buy a new one instead of replacing a bad malfunction product from the beginning... I was so disappointed and disgusted about the way they treated me. The day after I bought the joystick I've been to the shop to tell them that I got a problem with the product and they told me to wait because they didn't have any DualShock at the moment to replace ... 6 months passed and when finally a DualShock arrived they told me that a lot of time passed and I was not credible to them... (so I was called a liar). They just suggested me to buy a new one or to repair mine with a cost of 29€ ! Advise : be sure to control everything when you buy something used in...

ok so other than a physical store why why have staff in the store that have no time to help or discuss prices of products and feel insulted when you dsay its cheaper on amazon im sorry but in order to compete you need to compete this legacy store mentality is crazy 3 years max befor game is gone for lack of inovation and competition staff need to learn the products they sell and be able to...
