Positive things: The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was also clean and nice, everything worked. Good views and the nearest beach where you can snorkel.

Negative things: First be aware that drink at lunch and dinner you should buy. There is no even free water. Hot drinks such as tea and coffee are absent at lunch and dinner. Do not count on that at all. There is no even free water at the hotel, we bought it at the nearest shop. The food overall is awful. The same food almost every day. I was there 10 days and only 2 of that days were fresh fish. No Olives, no Hamon, no Spanish food almost at all. Smoking is allowed everywhere. if you want to reset near the pool or on the balcony be ready to smell smoke, even in your room if the balcony door is open. Soundproof is also not great, so if someone is near watching TV you will know that.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want to have complete rest with food, etc. But it's ok for a few days to stay with breakfast only to snorkel around or to...

This hotel is absolutely not recommended.

Their only goal seems to be to take as much money from you as possible during your stay. You have to pay for everything, even drinking water (€2.50 per liter), and even children's toys cost extra. You're not allowed to bring your own bottle into the restaurant, and even using the scale costs money.

We were a group of four and needed four bottles of water per day just for lunch and dinner, which amounts to €10 per day. Over 10 days, that’s €100 just for water during meals in the restaurant.

The staff is unfriendly, especially the lifeguard and the bar manager. The food is the same every day; after 10 days, we were completely fed up with it.

Moreover, the bathrooms in the rooms smell bad. and the hallway smells like a chicken farm.

How this hotel received 4 stars is beyond us.

Very poor service very poor food. No water or coffee served for lunch or dinner. No glasses ,kettles, tea or coffee in rooms, you have to pay for everything. Same cheap food 24/7 mostly pork or cheap fish. Stale vegetales served every nothing is fresh. If you don't buy there water they will take glasses away from your, that's how rude staff are.
