Family Center — Attraction in Salou

My autistic son was waiting in a queue to go on trampoline with 3 children queuing in front of him there was 4 trampoline in use and each one was supposed to last 3 minutes. 25 minutes my son was waiting before he let another child on in front of him who had only just arrived I thought the person operating the trampolines had just made a mistake another 10 minutes wait and when it was my son's turn the member of staff made my son wait again and let another child on in his place I obviously queried this and the staff member was very rude. Absolutely disgusting to treat someone this way. I would never return to this amusement park again due to this particular member of staff however I will say the man operating the little go karts at front of the park was lovely as was the member of staff...

Be careful in here, clipboard scammer sneaks up to you when you are not expecting it and puts a clipboard in your hands, aggressively pointing at the top where in various languages he claims this is a petition to help a deaf charity in Salou. This is a massive scam and no money will go to charity, just straight into the man’s pockets! People who fall for this scam are tricked into thinking they are signing a petition but at the very end he starts to demand money. This man is aggressive and the staff of this small fair ground should ensure that he is not allowed in and not bothering...

The best place with the best staff. We love this place, so affordable and the rides and games are perfect for a fun evening.
